I think that you should seperate the legends depending on how well you do in the season. So, if you win the league with games left over, you can pull 90 rated + legends. If you win the league with no games left over, it's 85-90
Spencer should try to master some basic skills like Ball rolls or the berba spin or stepovers , he gets in alot of positions where these skills would be very helpful
