- I'm back with another Wizard101 Countdown! Sorry for the delay....but I hope you enjoy! Thanks to everyone who helped put this list together as well as Nick and Heather for providing some audio!

Did anyone else have the same reaction when they saw the mammoth spell for the first time and at first you're like really a snowman thats one of the weakest spells and ten 50 million fucking mommoths show up stomp his frosty ass and just destroy your opponent

Wizard101 is a really fun game, but at the end of the day we all know the graphics are really bad. The graphics designers dont deserve an award but maybe a sticker and a pat on the head is more suitible.
The Artoroigus spell comes in different varieties in the game. The uploader of this video mashed them together using a video editing software and it is harder than it looks because he had to do it frame-by-frame.

I mean come on! Its like the lamest storm move. I know that when storms first got it it was kinda like, "WOW! I just got kraken, I'll never get a better move!" Yeah but then they did.

I loved the #1 pick, but was kinda bummed to not see Krampus on this list. One of the coolest spells in my opinion. Anyways, great vid!
Trust me, the amount of debate involved when we were putting this list together was pretty crazy lol. Krampus was definitely on there at one point. Cause I totally agree with you!

here's a spell I like. it's called Sirens. it's like that Disney movie the little mermaid but with more mermaids. and most spells use weapons but sirens use they're own singing

Glad you weren't biased asf on number 1, I'm a 100 storm and gnomes is one of my favorites too.
Those editing skills are AMAZING :O
I've been playing wizard101 since 2008 or 2009 and I disagree with this list completely, even if you didn't include treasure card spells, the spells in this list aren't near the best looking imo. The best spells in this list were the honorable mentions by heather. This is just my opinion though.

First time watching you so when the really fast countdown happened at the start of the video I was like Crap! I missed it!😢
You should of included some lesser known spells such as Sirocco Djinni and myth efreet.
Next PLEASE do "10 best looking summoned minions" There are some pretty cool ones like Malistaire Drake and Kol Shadowsong minions.
2:12 the same goes for me but instead of the helephant, it was the phoenix, and it just got me to stay as fire

To everyone wondering why Storm Lord wasn't on the list, it was because we arranged a group of about 10 people to decide the list and MsCourtneyOlivia (perhaps you have heard of her :P) wanted about half the list to be all storm spells: Leviathan, Storm Lord, Storm Owl, Kraken, Stormzilla, so in the end we decided on Kraken, and Stormzilla and Levi as honorable mentions. Again the list is not going to apply to everyone but we equally matched the listings to popularity, design, usefulness and relevance. Obviously Storm Lord isn't the prettiest storm spell (same goes for fire dragon) and it isn't too much better than something like frost giant. Quite frankly, Storm Lord almost replaced Frost Giant in the final cut. The fact that they were so similar, we needed to cut one and the stun bonus for frost giant was too much.

Gotta say, even though I wish some of the newest spells were on here I completely agree with this list, especially with Gnomes! One of my favorite life spells, and you explain exactly why.
I can't believe that deer knight was ranked number 2. my pet gives me that spell and it is one of my favorites. I suggest that Goat Monk is included in the next possible countdown of top spells.

ChicagoBears76051 The newer spells like Glowbug Squall and FFA are just too over rated IMO. But I do like a lot of spells Loremaster and Lore packs drop, or crafted spells, like Deer Knight.
The only Current New spell i feel KI has put work into was Call of Kruthulu, its the only spell that actually speaks level 100 with its supreme looks and power

Kind of disappointed storm lord wasn't on the list, not even close :,( Same with skeletal dragon and fire dragon. Oh well, can't fit them all. Kind of like picking your favorite school :P Should've done top 50 best looking spells. Next you should do top pets (look wise) or top music in the game (sound wise). Plenty to choose from. Have fun arguing again!

I think storm has the best looking spells. Storm owl and triton are my favorite spells they look awesome. Ice wyvern, lord of winter, elephant, wraith, and rebirth are also good looking.

My top spells are 1.Gaze of Fate 2. Wooly mammoth 3.Scarecrow and Catalan. Judgement and Ice Wyvern both look pretty badass though
One of the part of the spells have Olivia Stormcloud casting Kraken, and Leviathan. Well in real life a lady that is a little bit fat and wears glasses are playing as Olivia Stormcloud.

I dont give a damn; the ninja pigs spell will always be the iconic spell of the game. It embodies the style of animation and silliness of the early parts of the game, and what the game used to be about.

What is wrong with you guys?! WHERE IS FIRE DRAGON?! Fire is the one type of wizard I don't have and I generally dislike fire as a type due to the low health, along with storm, but I have to give credit where it's due. Fire Dragon is by far one the best looking animation attacks in this game, along with a other spells like Triton, Locus Swarm, Basilisk, Snow Angel, Bone Dragon, Scarecrow, Nature's Wrath, Rebirth
