    Mongolian Beef
    Ingredients
    Beef undercut sliced ½ kg
    Oil ¼ cup
    Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
    Soy sauce ¼ cup
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Spring onion leaves 2
    Capsicum ½ sliced
    Oyster sauce 3tbsp
    Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
    Butter to fry
    METHOD
    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, fry for 1 min, add undercut sliced, fry well for 5 min, and add all the seasonings and sauces. Lastly add capsicum, spring onion sticks, and toss well, remove.

    Chicken Tenders
    Ingredients
    Chicken breast strips ½ kg
    Egg 1
    Milk ¼ cup
    Flour ½ cup
    Breadcrumbs 1 cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Mustard ½ tsp
    paprika ½ tsp
    Garlic powder ½ tsp
    Ingredients for Sauce
    Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
    Cream cheese 2 tbsp
    Honey 3 tbsp
    Mustard paste 1 tsp
    METHOD FOR SAUCE
    Mix all together in a bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.
    METHOD
    In a medium bowl mix egg and milk, roll chicken strips in seasoned flour, then dip in egg and milk mixture, roll in crumbs pressing to coat evenly, leave it for 15 mins, then deep fry until golden brown, serve with fries.

    Prawns In Schezwan Sauce
    Ingredients
    Prawns ½ kg
    Dried corn flour 3 tbsp
    Ingredients for Sauce
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Chili oil 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Button red chilies fried 10
    Ketchup ½ cup
    Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
    Water ½ cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Chicken powder 1 tsp
    METHOD
    Heat both the oils in a wok, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 mins, add button red chilies, fry, add ketchup, all the rest, seasonings, water, sugar, mix well. Lastly add fried prawns, toss well in sauce, remove, serve garnished with spring onion leaves.
