I love your videos. I am newly into rings and totally enjoying. I also live in Florida. I get the Disney and road trip stuff but when you are flying somewhere do you bring your chunky rings book? I find it is becoming somewhat of a security blanket.😊
Oh I was in personal wide in 2020 and took it to Colorado with me 🤣🤣🤣 it goes everywhere! 🤣 it sits in my lap most of the day. It is definitely my safety blanket.
Tomoe river paper doesn't take juicy ink at all. It's meant to not "absorb" ink, so you definitely have to choose your pen before you choose your paper. But, I use pentel energels for journaling because they dry fast. I use juicier pens in memory keeping only because I don't care if I toss a blotter paper in there when I close it because it's not an active use, smear zone.
Uniball Signo is another great ink pen for tomoe river paper. (I am that chick who uses specific pens for specific paper!)
I’m a pen first then paper gal 🤣🤣 it’s the main reason I don’t use the fountain pens I have because I don’t wanna carry more than one pen around. I’m lazy 🤣🤷♀️
I’m also in perimenopause and get insomnia. One thing I found is that if I eat a lot of nightshades it is really horrible. I also get really bad anxiety from excessive nightshades. Might be something to look into.

@@theperfectlypolished I switched to 0.5 and it’s a needle point. Quick drying for highlighting. I have liked it so far.
