Jake, you should bring back the Tournament match replay reviews with the fighters. Fun to hear the fighter's mindset and thought process when watching their fight.
Those guys Ralph gracie are all going to get better. Nice technique, I usually combine my legs and arms to break posture; Rhalan didn't mention using the legs so I will try the grip on the opposite side and see if I have sucess
I like to always keep the strangle leg under the other leg in the lock so it's already positioned and no transition needs to be made. Once the lock is made ,keep it and work into a triangle.
Im a white belt and i allways had problems with executing the triangel(yeah i know white belt problems hah) but this video really helped me see what i was doing wrong. And thank you very much for that!
First time i watch a Rhalan's video and fuck this guy is smooth as hell.. That triangle was tight af
That was fantastic. I'm 6'2 155 so closed guard and triangles are my go to. Thanks guys!
Good to see rolled up return.
Thank you Steveo with hair for the great tips!
Love the details on the triangle and isolating that arm. Thanks!
Nice! like that last technique!
Thanks for watching!
Wow, really cool details and techniques.
