You can. Start small (It can be just by starting to make your bed every morning). Military is mostly mental. Keep yourself accountable and do not give yourself excuses. You and will succeed and be what you envision.
I was in the army for 3 years and I would have loved to do this but this is the navy and I’m telling you I should have tried this if I was going into the navy which I backed out on but I can say I’ve been to war but this would have been awesome doing this type of training.
@8:24 I can’t stand when they say it’s a “mental” thing…no no no, it’s not…my body is not producing the atp in my muscles to lift this telephone pole over my head…
@@Zamotak utter nonsense. All SF training must cause the greatest stress. Shouting does not produce stress; quite the contrary. Shouting must only be used for recruits. These are experienced people and stress must be induced by other means.

There was a show back in the 90’s and early 2000’s that was very similar to this show, from the looks of it even the NAVY SEAL’s have softened up with their training yikes!!! Compared to the other show this right here how the instructors are and how the recruits move different as night and day

I was not in the military
But this looks badass!

Very similar to buds training
They don't do hell week and it's shorter, but still very similar
Got it cool
Coolest shit ever.
I saw hand tattoos 😳 that's it bro I'm going💯 this is what I want👊
Try being there yourself for 3days
wet swamp line.... harsh.... could only make it worse if it were mussel encrusted...fireweed ridden ....💪
So…..
Boat Drivers
Got it
Yep. Little known fact: the navy won't even let you near a helm unless you make it through the tour. Grueling stuff

Almost like BUDs
Looks just like buds
If BUDS Hell Week were 72 hours there would be twice as many SEALs running around. @@daquanmcdonald7104
Both pipelines start off the same then they'll branch off into their specialties.
@@daquanmcdonald7104they don't have hell week and it's shorter, but yes it has many similarities
They do buds then yes they split

That narrator can't speak properly. Politics have no place in the USA.
Imagine if the whole class was female and during the medical inspections they used a male instructor to look over the females with a flashlight..😮
The instructors should never never shout. By not shouting one makes it harder mentally. Speak softly; but carry a large stick….Masai warrior saying.
I think the Special Operations Members that have became INSTRUCTORS would know better about that than you.
