I was the same "if my neck pain goes away ill be ok". Neck pain went and i was still in the anxiety and shifiting symptoms and strong intrusive thoughts and intrusive images.

Thank you so much i've been gravitating towards your videos and the sense of calmness you bring is big. No longer will I allow myself to be consumed by what I allow to take over my body and mind.

i was very much raised with scarcity mentality even though we were not poor. i've suspected fer a long time now that along with my molestation as a child (which i don't remember very clearly) are the root of alot of my anxiety / catastrophizing.
"i hear you but i just don't care anymore" will no doubt be a regular part of my repertoire from here on out.

Thank you so much for this video! “I hear you, but I don’t care anymore.“ That already feels like a game changer to me. I’m going to try your other suggestion as well. And what a profound thought that the slower I go, the faster I will get there. I’m going to have to ponder that for a while. I always do everything 100 miles an hour. (Except driving 😊) Just hearing you say that made me feel better. 💕💕

For heart palpitations, tap on your heart to match the heartbeat. After 30 seconds cut down the tapping by half and after 30 seconds half again it really works !j

Dennis , may I just say , I have been to the doctors after avoiding them for 3 years out of fear ( anxiety disorder) and i am astonished that my blood pressure is down and I have lost some weight. I am not out of the woods yet but I am so relieved. I feel like I've been beaten up though , is that normal after such intensity ?

My anxiety evolved into insomnia and really struggling with it. Shortly after I lie to bed, I am being haunted by heart palpitations and shortness of breath forcing me to take deep inhale every couple of minutes. This makes me impossible to fall into sleep. 😢 How should I approach it to stop such vicious cycle?

This is your anxiety keeping you in this state. You are also anticipating ahead of lying down that you will have these issues.
I had the same. You need to accept you might not sleep, accept you might be awake. Remember however, you're sleep drive always wins in the end and you will sleep.
Also take some triptizol 5mg only as your doc, will help you sleep and stay asleep and let your brain recover.

@ thank you, there I no way I go back to drugs. Was on them for years and that prevented me from looking for real answers.

Allow, awareness, loosen! The slower I go, the faster I will get there! Thanks for your help. Several weeks ago one of your suggestions was to acknowledge and accept symptoms. Place a hand on the symptom area, say I can hear you. Say to yourself...... "we are safe" multiple times. This has been very helpful. Not sure if that was exactly it, but that's helping me also. It's important for me to try to write these suggestions down, then then actually start doing it on a regular basis. Not always easy, but unnecessary suffering isn't either. Best wishes to all!

@@Pedro73114 I respect you so much for that decision I also did that too and it's been hard, but through this process we truly begging to heal than push back this problem. Also not having a good sleeping routine will allow you to worsen so try you're hardest to knock out, maybe try to some herbeal teas for that like manazilla with a spoon full of honey before bed after letting the bag sit for at least 6 minutes in hot water. Also I was there too and what helps me personally is a light quick cardio workouts for anxiety of which there is plenty of (preferably around 15-30 mins) to also allow your body recognize that you are not out of breath you are just inhaling wrong making it seem like you are having breathing problems. In fact you may be inhaling to much so try to workout too passively allow your nose, mouth and lungs to work as needed. Also accept that not everyday will be the best and that sometimes the problem will continue because there is a lesson to be learned in them and you have not learned it yet, but there is yet balance in both good and bad. Make sure to always eat the recommended calories of 2000 too as not eating enough allows your body to feel weak and that is not a weakness you can afford to feel right now.
