    Good topic. 😊
We Stay away from credit card, personal loan and car loan. We Don’t spend the money that we don’t have. 😊
    We Use debit card! 😄
If bibili ng bahay, all the more that you shouldn’t get any consumer debt dahil it will lower your borrowing capacity. The only loan we agree with is mortgage.❤

Never ever use debit cards as much as possible..pag nabiktima kayo ng fraud, di nyo na mababawi nawala sayo, unlike cc madali i-monitor ng cc company mga fraud at madali i-dispute and rectify. Wala masama sa cc kung wise pag gamit nito..in fact, madami benefits pag gamit ng cc.

Debit card have the same level of fraud protection as credit card. I have been using debit card for more than a decade. Never akong naka experience ng fraud. 😊

@@NurseRowee well, lucky you..use debit cards at your own risk...better safe than sorry, just ise credit cards if you have them..and also madami benefits and helps to improve credit score.

@85 we also have excellent credit score even if we don't have credit cards or other consumer debts. :)
Sa Australia kasi kahit walang consumer debt, as long as you're paying your utility bills and rent on time you will get an excellent credit score. :)

emma actuallin mo sa sunod na video, go to your TD bank credit card statement show us pano bumasa ng due date, billing cycle, credit limit..
why’d you chose cashback kesa points
how you can maximize the banks newcomers promo
sa credit limit at sa choice ng card you can always override the default credit limit (500 or 1,000) na binibigay sa mga newcomers buy having a collateral
what i did was (if you are able) hulog ng 5,000 CAD as collateral yun din ang credit limit mo, makakapili kapa ng higher tiered cards like Visa Infinite, hindi aligaga sa utilization rate every month, i always keep it at 9% kesa 30/35% bago mag closing date sa billing cycle.

add ko lang po sa credit utilization..1/3 po ng credit limit ang recommended for the current month..tpos may 1/3 na leverage for the previous month..and 1/3 na emergency buffer..

Hi, watching from LA. When paying your utilities with your cc dyan sa canada, do you have fees? Dito sa LA most of our utilities are paid with echecks and auto debits and they give discounts. If paying with credit card they usually charge some fees or you don't get the discount. I used my credit card then for all other expenses since lahat naman ng stores pede mo gamitin ang cc. Aside for building history, I take advantage of credit rewards. And also it is more efficient for me to track expenses. Kelangan lang talaga you use it wisely and of course pay your balances in full and on time. More power sa inyo!

Basta lagi paid on or before due date ang bill ay lalaki ang credit ability ng card holder plus no interest pag ginamit only sa products or binili on credit .But advise everyone not to use it as cash out using the credit card. We where only in Canada for 30 yrs palang, but we were one amongst the 10% as being excellent credit card holder in all Canada not only in Alberta for being excellent credit card user. So that year MBNA master card gave us$24K no interest to pay in 15 months payments . Imagine that?

we always use credit cards in paying all our bills. pay by cash only if we cannot. my wife and i always get freebies, like airfares, cash backs etc. but we make sure na we always pay all on time. kaya our credit scores are always 800+.

If you want to keep the outstanding amount out of Credit B. report and lower your utilization percentage, pay off the amount prior to your cut off date rather than the due date.

You don’t need credit score to get a loan. Getting credit card is a very risky and one way to get people sucked into deep hole.
