Last spring equinox, I woke up with orange marks on my hands, similar to henna, and they didn't go away for a few days despite washing my hands. I have been experiencing something and I don't know what it is. Now dear Sadhguru, I'm all alone. I cant talk to anyone about this. No one knows anything anyway. I am trying to make do with bits and pieces of your videos and yet it is not enough learning for me. I don't understand the whole concept. I don't understand the sanskrit names and concepts. I'm stuck in between. I'm at the door, and I don't know whether to go in or not. I can't decide. I'm just watching videos and listening to mantras. I don't know what to do. I don't know when to do. I don't know how to meditate. A lot if don't knows on my lap. Therefor, I feel anxious and a little bit of scary and yet I still watch you. It's also impossible to find the leaf you mentioned here. Then how a devotee makes the necesseties of belief if not in India? Peace and health be upon everyone.

While consuming betel leaf, should it be consumed with 1 inch stem or without stem.. please clarify.🙂🙏🙏
