부상은 클라이밍 발전에 크나큰 적입니다 조금만 열심히 하면 반드시 어느부위에나 오는 부상 참 어이가 없습니다 좌측 테니스 엘보우로 3개월째 고생 하고 있습니다 무조건 휴식을 해야 하는데 무조건 휴식이 완치의 길 입니다 ㅠ ㅠ
