If you mean night stalker I can relate, but I think the slight change to rubick is the lift time is reduced

I guess so, and his ult just only make him more supportive
you can use ulti 3 times from across the map, you can reduse cooldown to 33sec, its very powerful.
@@user-pu1uj6zh5hI disagree. Omni knight old aghanim does give him global too. Not only that. His ult also effect everything that on his team on whole map including building and creeps.

If the GA gets pruged, you can cast it again on an ally. Its pretty damn good. Basically negates getting it purged.

What do you mean exactly? You wanted to have how it was before and after? I focused on what the Scepter / Shard does with the new Patch - for example on the Juggernaut Shard: Aghanim's Shard reworked. Now increases Blade Fury Radius by 100 and slows enemies movement speed by 35%
