Yes! I know what you mean. I also like foggy,cloudy,rainy,snowy days for that reason. Sometimes the night can even seem bright (I have really bad light sensitivity )
@@elizabethharris1851 light sensitivity= night vision. a blessing in disguise! :) also, a moonlit, windy summer night is the most magical time to be out in the night. reminds me of an ancient land for some reason.( as long as I haven't seen a horror movie in at least three months lol)
@@solomays4902yes, that sounds relaxing😊. That's kind of what a foggy misty day does for me. It makes me feel so alive, like the fog hides a path to some faraway land... but no one else here gets it. Seeing too much sunlight kind of depresses me after a while.

it seems like many people in the comment section mentioned how beautiful this scene is and how it gives them a feeling that they can't quite explain. that stopped me for a moment and made me to contemplate, and I think I have a reasonable explanation ... at lease for myself
the city is busy. noisy by nature with its lights, sounds and rushing people. Still, the person is watching it in quietness and isolation. like if he's not a part of it yet he's being so curious and consumed by it, amused by it state of being. Such configuration and state of mind is synonymous to what we go though during early childhood. As young children, the outer world (outside the parents' house and familiar places) used to be very interesting for us. We always watched it and observed it with so much curiously trying to figure out its strange unfamiliar nature. It was so strange that we felt isolated from it and not a part of it.
Memories of such moment are lost for most of us for the fact that they were during early childhood, but the feelings associated with them however are still engraved deep in our subconscious minds. That's way sceneries like this with similar configurations evoke such feelings. Feelings that are usually intense and nostalgic being a part of our childhood. yet, they are confusing and somehow empty because simply we can't associate them with any clear memories or understand the reasoning behind them.
I hope some people read this so it doesn't go to a waste haha

I'm 19 and a college student. I heard this music yesterday for the first time and it changed everything. i have been a dancer for 12 years and I have never feel so free and expressive like I do when i listen to this. There have been a lot of things going on lately, being a college student isn't easy. This music helped me today throughout the whole day in college. I feel great, alive, in motion, I feel like I should just dance this songs everywhere i go. i really never thought music like this would have made me feel so free.

I started listening to Orcesteral back in late 2015, Everdream by Epic Soul Factory and Nightsky by Tracey Cattaway were one of my first.
This took me to the days I only felt one emotion when listening to these, Beauty. It was enchanting, and grand, it took me to worlds more beautiful than here would ever be, showed me people who thought being asked to be nice to me was too little to ask for.
Now after a brief time I land right back to the world of noise and ugliness, and I have heard many music that made me feel more different emotions.
But this, this nostalgia will be forever with me in remembering how I first felt towards this music
(and im back...heres a story for this lovely piece)
As i walked down the pedestrian rode and look at the faces of the people who walked by me...
I looked around me and notice everyone faces......blank....dark....sad
Some smiled but....i can see that it wasn't a true smile....they were just acting happy...
but inside them...i still saw the same darkness like everyone else...
I saw a person who looked like he had enough from this life...a look that has totally given up...dark...painful...
it was a sad and lonely scene....
I was born with a special ability that enables me to see and feel...one's soul...
It shows me what...they and their soul truly feel...and turns it into bright colors...and if i looked deeply into their eyes...
I can see what i liked to call...the picture of their souls...
Ever since i was able to control this ability...all i saw was almost the same picture...
it really was just the same sad and lonely scene...for each person i know...
I began to believe that it was normal...but deep inside me it was not right...
I continued to walk on that road...and i thought
"Am i going to be like these people?...will my picture turn like everyone else is?...sad...lonely"
I was lost in my thoughts....as i kept on walking and walking...
then i accidentally bumped into someone in front of me...
"oh...im sorry *lends his hand*"
A girl?..
She fell down from just the bump?...what a frail and weak girl...i thought
Then she looked up to me....and when our gaze connected....
I looked at her eyes...and i felt like my surrounding just brightened...
It was...tranquil...sincere...and quiet...
I saw...a forest...quiet and green...and a calm lake...and on the shore...i saw her..
dancing...playing with the water....as if she was...a
"a Beautiful fairy..."
She smiled at me...huh?...
she then grabbed my hands...and i was woken up back to reality....
I pulled her up...she was light...
"thank you...." she said while smiling brightly....

"uhm..." she looked at her hands...slightly blushing...
Then i noticed that my hands was still grabbing hers..
I let her go quickly...
"s-sorry...uhm..."
i started to panic...my eyes wasnt able to look at her anymore...

"hmm?.." my eyes was pulled back again to her..
*thump* *thump*
...huh? it happened again...what is happening with me?...i thought
"you said that twice already...thanks but i have to go..." she said while tiding up her appearance...
she walks past me...i moved my hands to my chest and feel my chest...
trying to understand what is happening...i looked back at her again...
"oh and..." she turns back and smiled with a blushing face
"...thanks for the compliment"
huh?...compliment?...what did she mean?...
wait...did she hear me??
"...ah...youre welcome?" my hands behind my head..
"*smiles*...ill see you later then...bye" she waves her hands and continues to jog forward...
*thump* *thump* *thump*
i grabbed my chest and felt my heartbeat go wild...
i walk down the path i was walking...stopped and looked back again...
I couldnt see her anymore...I looked at my side and i saw a building...
I jumped inside and went to the top floor...and jumped out the window to the edge...
and started to look for her from above...my hands was still on my chest...
i felt like...i had to find her...
" i...didnt even know her name..."
i thought as i tried to find her from above the building...
what i also didnt know...was that...
from that day forward...she has already began to change my life....
Maybe he then sees someone in the crowd (probably a girl about her age for romance purposes) who has a bright soul unlike the others. Then he notices how the people around that girl start to turn brighter and soon the whole city was shining because of that single girl. Small cute addition I thought of, nothing great really.

I felt my heart pounding as I heard my family yelling for me as I ran away. The tears jumping out of my eyes and into the wind. I jumped onto the tops of the buildings, jumping from one to the next. I got to this place. I collapsed, my feet hanging off the edge.
I lay there sobbing looking at the ceiling of the building.
I look around.......the city. I hadn't noticed it before....I was there.....above the city. I could feel the city lights sweeping through me like a gentle breeze. This was what I longed for.....the adventure I had waited for.

I love how you made the stars twinkle, but what would have been even cooler is if you made stars fade from the darkness and then stay there to simulate our eyes adjusting, so there would have been more stars at the end than at the beginning.

I've been listening this music for last 3years.
I heard this music the first time just before Covid, around 2019, because the title and artwork caught my attention-i experienced peace and self reflection of my life and had a thought of my future. Because i clicked this music, it opened up to my new taste of music to listen to these type of music, ultimately to EDMs and Indie musics.
Thank you Tracey. Because of you, i learned the beauty of music in a deeper or philosophical sense.

I am happy to know that out there, there are a lot of people who share the same music taste as me. I felt that because in my country, Viet Nam, people are obsessed with Vietnamese love songs and rap songs or sort of that. I felt like I am the only one in my country to listen to these beautiful masterpieces and that is weird, but I don't care. Having music taste like this, I don't have to feel shy. Being different sometimes can be good.

Had this song on repeat this morning in the coffee shop as I sat by the window and looked out at the rain and people walking by and thought about life. Epic.
This song and view brings sadness to me. It evokes feelings of hope. Feelings of romance. Feelings that nothing is ever too big or ever beyond your grasp. I had someone in my life, a few years ago, who inspired these feelings of hope and romance and invincibility within me, I tried my best to make her happy, yet I lost her. I have been in a sadness ever since. Everything that would have made me happy has led to total sadness.

When you're on the highest mountain. You see two sides of the world. One side is sunset the other is night. However when The Moon Rises, Sun Has Fallen. Then as I said to myself. It's perfect. The cold wind, the night sky, the stars that Glitter In void, and then the Northern Lights ( aurora borealis) it's all there, everything that I could dream of is in front of me or rather around me, such beautiful colors that the lights make. When you see everything around you with Soundwaves as this song is.
While standing in place on the highest mountain, I watch the night sky as the lights fade in and out with colors. Green, purple, and blue.
then as I looked into the sky while listening to this song I said to myself this is heaven, such relaxation,
I took one last look at the scenery from above where everything was in the air and then it happened. I realized that I am one with the

Hyoma stood near the top of one of the tallest buildings in the city he lived in. He stood, staring out at the city. Thinking of the people down below. Staring at the traffic below, he realised that everything he once thought important was no longer as important in the world as he once thought it was. It all seemed so petty compared to the rest of the universe. He stared at the skyline, at the stars and thought of the universe beyond planet Earth. He knew that when he left what he knew, he would miss everything about what he found familiar. However, Hyoma was comforted by the fact that he would always remember every moment of his life from what had already happened to what was to come, and that he would meet them all again, in another time, and another place...

About 6 or 7 years ago I discovered HDSounDI. I listened almost 24-7. Then, I slowly changed interests in music, instrumental became boring. Now, 6 years later, I still enjoy my 12 Pilots and Onerepublic, but am also slowly rediscovering HDSounDI! I wish that I had a place as displayed above, where I could go more often at night to spend some time with myself and the night sky. It is just so mesmerizing.
