I watch a ton of shooting podcasts (including everything by Ben/Joel & all of the Redneck Lives) and this might be the most info-packed episode I’ve ever seen. I need to watch it 1 or 2 more times and take notes for things I want to add to my training. I think this is mandatory content for all A/M class shooters trying to level up.

As a former D1 college athlete I had access to excellent medical trainers - albeit many moons ago. You guys need to seek a good trainer, maybe from a local college or something , that can help you with recovery from your injuries. I am sure there is more you can do other than rest. to speed up your recovery. Since this is now post Nationals, I would just like to say you all did great and you should be proud of yourselves. As a newbie shooter I have learned a lot from all of you. I hope to one day to take a class from one or all of you. Thanks for all your work.
