Loving the save! Hopefully this intake kicks things up a bit, not sure I would want to actually go up a division just yet though. I’m still at FC of Manchester, took 9 seasons to get out of the Vanarama but finally won the league! Sitting top of League two and favourites for the league 🤞🏼. Regarding mentoring, I’m doing things differently lately, I only have 1 big group, I add all players then remove anyone with a negative personality who has any impact on other, leave anyone in who can improve others and leave anyone who will improve, seeing a massive increase in improved mentals from a lot of players.
For the low determination players, you probably know this but if you keep criticising their poor training you can get a pretty good improvement in determination. I've got players from low determination to balanced and fsirly professional
Sure, in the case of top-level players with a good reputation that happens occasionally and therefore its inclusion in the game makes sense. Hardly the same would apply for an 18-year old youth international to skip playing club football for entire seasons. The only way this makes sense is if you head-canon some reason outside of football he isn’t getting signed

Yeah I used to do that but they removed it with this FM in the interaction panel. Used to be really good!

I think that is the case in England definitely, might be in all countries to be fair, we shall see!
disagree about improvement on FM, about players who leave. There are cases IRL of players who don't renew a contract, and are free agents for a while.

No club wanted him who was in a better league or doing better than us, made no sense :(
