@@saeedaosman3510 Uganda, which is a neighbouring country. But I remember the buzz in a Kampala cinema, where both the lead actors had created with their presence. Swahili is also spoken in Uganda among other African languages.
@@shamspuri2493 yes of course swahili is spoken in the East African countries,I am sure it must have been a buzz shashi kapoor and sharmila were top actors then,also the East African Safari Rally was on and I remember my dad had a photo of shashi kapoor garlanding rally driver joginder singh who had won the rally.
Wow, that would've been such an amazing moment for your dad capturing that epic moment of Joginder Singh's EA rally win. I, too was a youngster then and remember cheering Joginder Singh as he whizzed past us on Kampala Road, where many had gathered but being a small child, I never caught a glimpse of him but heard the gigantic rev of his car's engine and the roars and cheers from the crowds.
