The Shinigamui im not really sure. there shouldnt be any risk if he has his own, but if you check in amazon music monophbia ep. it says “2020 Ace of Hearts” where the record label would be - implying that ace of hearts has its own label. but i cant really be sure since he doesnt want to be claimed.
The Shinigamui also alot of the time record labels just claim anything that it finds using its audio - kinda like how logan paul has a system that auto claims everything that he is in that isnt his own content. but im not really sure about anything. dont know anything about a potential label or their relationship. just spit-balling possibilities. i got copyright claimed cause my game i recorded had part of the games main theme which also happened to have part of the "melody" of the main theme for the "animation" that the game got. Not as crazy as alpha possibly getting claimed for playing his own music but it was still silly. Its def messed up considering how many people upload Phantasy star online 2 content and the melody of the theme plays during literally every boss theme in some way (bosses are the most commonly speedrun'd thing in the game.) It needs to be changed honestly.
