I believe that people generally know how to discuss these ethical issues outside of exam situations. However, I’ve noticed that under exam conditions, people's thinking can become less effective. All he wanted to take any advice personally as he is a friend of him. How could this would be an act under course of professional due care? Thanks.
@@mitul206350 it’s important to behave ethically at all times. Accountants have been disciplined for acts totally unconnected with their employment in the past where they have bought the profession into disrepute
Hello sir i have a doubt on Acquisition of Foreign sub Calculation of Net asset in Kaplan study text2024 Saint acquires albans page no(491,515) TYU 2) I am confused about the net assets calculation of Subsidiary as on 30th June 20X1 at Acqusition vs reporting date. The soln confuses me more.
Wow- so Kaplan are using a question I wrote 15 years ago (I am from St Albans). I am afraid that I no longer have access to Kaplan materail as I write my own now.Back in the day net assets were very key with share capital etc but now things have moved on - sorry I cannot be of assitance in the detail of solving a kaplan query
