All process food are prohibited in our house. We prefer to produce our own food during summer season and canned some of them to be eater during the winter season. As for meat, there is a growing number of large farm owners who sells their cow, pork among others directly to the customers who chose it own meat processor, most of the time from the same region and are not part of a network of huge national or international food processing companies.
This way we know where the food comes from, how it was processed (as most small meat processor ask its customers to be part of the job so they know how their food are processed. We are three families who split the cost of a cow (or veal) and pork every year and one of use is always at the food processor to work through the process.
Chicken is the very same, we buy a certain number of chicken who are processed by a local small processor. The entire process of all meat types cost 60% of what we would pay at any grocery. So we win all the way to our plates.
Never eat at a fast food restaurant where the mean without its ingredients taste like cardboard.

I slowly walked up on side and watched it nibble on the weed like food.so I gave it to the mice and throw the rest in toilet. I laughed and smelled the bottle I got it out to breathe. There was no strong smell of plant. Faint was the aroma as some grass weed for healing can be. Good grass is loud and u can smell the strength. This type can cause the Spirit to Arise from the Body and u can't come down until the Holy Sprirt has finished healing u. This can be for weeks or months depending on the healing process. I gave this to The VA benefits Dr. Because I got scared of what I was able to see and what was happening when I started praying after I could see. That’s why you should pray over your food because God says you can even eat poison and it won’t hurt you.

This is why i stopped eating processed foods you dont know where it came from or what's in it. Most of the time they leave the most questionable stuff off the labels. The tuna, peanut butter and ice-cream took me off guard and not to mention the other meats and seafood of all my favorites. Dang you can enjoy nothing these days.

Stop buying meat at the grocery store! Stop buying processed foods at the grocery store! Its the most unhealthy place to buy food! Most produce comes from foreign countries. We buy a local cow from a farmer & butcher it. We buy pigs feom the auction & butcher them. I grow a garden. What i dont grow, i try to buy from locals. When all else fails, i visit thw grocery store. I don't buy junk except the occasional bag of chips for dipping or a snack for the kids. Pretty much anything that reads "bioengineered" gets tossed back on the shelf. You can make peanutbuttet by grinding peanuts. Bam. That's it. Add a tiny oil to it if you want it more spreadable. I dont buy ground coffee. Everything from dirt & twigs to dead rats get ground into it. Whole bean coffee tastes better & is good for your heart & brain.

It seems that whoever authored this is not aware that the Food aand Drug Administration allows a certain amount of insect parts in food. It is unavoidable. It's just a matter of how much. This is not to mention tht many insects are etible. I once held a "Bug Banquet" where guests had the opportunity to taste a number of different ones.
