My advice is not to keep your child in a hostel for college education.Hostels nowadays are dens of hooligans who are involved in wine,meat,young girls and pornography .Authorities know everything and take no steps to stop such things and ragging as shown in this movie as because these will definitely bring bad name to their institutions.I think authorities should questioned first and foremost and brought to book What is the use of signing anti-ragging declaration at the time of admission when nothing is done to prevent it from happening?
