It was a Raw episode lol. 2001 KOR was Angle vs. Shane, and triple threat for the WWF Title with CB, Jericho and Austin, which led to Angle and Austin being injured and the comedy act began.
This channel should've been around for a while but better late than never. Really enjoying all the posts and looking forward to seeing what other guests they'll have on the show!
chris benoit perhaps the most intense wrestler of all time, the guy was a machine but what he did that weekend in 2007 will and should overshadow whatever he did in the ring, still the darkest day in wrestling history
In my opinion, he was. He looked badass. He was one of the best, if not the best technical wrestler of all time. The moveset he had like the suplexes. How his chops were some of the hardest in the history of the business. Though it played a big part in messing up, the way he did the diving headbutt looked beautiful and still had the best looking one. He used the sharpshooter a lot. The crossface is my favorite submission because he made so many big stars tap from it and it was like the RKO of submission moves with how quick and easy he could lock it in while how it went with his look. Then what completed him being that intense wrestler was his badass theme song. I loved so many things about him and I hate what he ended up doing because those things can’t be talked about or recognized.
@Another Day It all points to him. The stuff people use to prove his innocence aren’t true or just wouldn’t prove his innocence. A lot of them have been debunked yet people always bring those up when they don’t know it’s actually true. People just don’t want to believe that a person they thought they knew or liked would ever do something that bad but it happens and he was one of them. Not to excuse what he did but him being mentally broken/unhealthy man along with the other personal things he was dealing with is what would most likely explains why he ended up doing those things. He can’t be forgiven and those things can’t be forgotten but I’m not glad that he’s dead. I wouldn’t say I feel sorry for him but I wish he had gotten the help he needed because I think that’s all he needed.
The Attitude Era (in most part 98-00) was the beginning of the false finish bullshit, Rock kicking out of Stunners, Austin kicking out of Rock Bottoms, just ridiculous
What a classic, just looked it up on daily motion
Whenever Angle vs Benoit was on card you definitely know it was going to be a classic. Rest In Peace Chris Benoit
The cage match I think it was at 2001

Steve Austin speechless on commentary
Can you please check good the dates, it was 2001... still my favourite match ever :)
Chris Benoit was tough son of a gun, with moves that you rarely today, like arm ringer.

IN 2024 THE MATCH IS STILL BATSHIT CRAZY
Why is the title still wrong?
The Attitude Era (in most part 98-00) was the beginning of the false finish bullshit, Rock kicking out of Stunners, Austin kicking out of Rock Bottoms, just ridiculous
Benoit 💪💪💪💪
Holy cow never knew Kurt had a podcast ‼️ easy subscribe
If this Match was 4 1/4 stars pleas show me a match thats 5stars. WTF do the have to do for a 5 Star Match?
Go to Eaw or whatever it's called
The first Undertaker vs Shawn Michael's WM match was a 5 stars. I guess do the same but not be in a steel cage perhaps
Kurt's a bloody legend... Class
Hey You got it all wrong. This steel cage was in 2001. Believe me, I know. I've seen it. Kurt got a steel cage in 2002 but it was against Edge.
Check your date conrad. Angle has brain damage so you should correct him
Chris Benwho?
Let we is such a clown lol. Stop bribing him up for the love of god
