Without the gaunlet Giorno alone could fight him to a standstill if he had GER thanks to Return to Zero
Sans ironically has an amazing chance of beating him. The poison in the Sans fight: KR (Karmic Retribution) Is theorized to do more dmg the higher your level thanks to its name being karmic. And Thanos would probably be higher level than Frisk
If Doctor Strange was on the Avengers team, Giorno couldn't beat him. He may be able to ignore Diavolo's time erase, but it's impossible for Giorno to see any of the possible outcomes that the Doc could see, OR know that he can rewind time. Heck, he can even trap Giorno in a time loop where he'll be stuck doing the same thing over and over again. If Doctor Strange wasn't on the team however, Giorno COULD stand a chance (pun unintended) against the rest of the Avengers with GER. Well except for Hulk and especially Thor, who at Giorno's best he could at least give a long fight to.
Sans would honestly stand little to no chance against the Avengers considering they're all HEROES. That "poison effect" is also known as his *"Karmic Retribution"* ability, which takes all the sins that a person has done within the past 1-2 1/2 years and is used to eat away at the soul. Think of it as Ghost Rider's *Penance Stare,* but a lot slower and it can't kill the victim by itself, and it doesn't count up ALL of the sins in your entire life. Yeah, it could do SOME damage to the Avengers considering that they don't always make the BEST decisions, but it would barely be that much. Iron Man and Thor could easily keep up considering that in the comics, Thor has *flown from one planet to another in seconds, WITHOUT Asgard's gate,* and Tony with his MkII (Mark 2) armor, which is his more traditional armor, was able to push his armor enough to *outspeed a black hole's insane pull.* Sans may be able to move fast, but I doubt he's THAT fast. Even HULK can move incredibly fast to keep up with Thor given the circumstances.
Honestly, they could only stand a chance against the Avengers if Doctor Strange *(and possibly Scarlet Witch now that I think of it, since she could learn of Giorno's stand),* and could only beat Thanos if he didn't have the Time or Space, OR Reality Stones.
Well for Giorno, Thanos also couldn't have the Soul Stone, since a stand is LITERALLY their fighting *SPIRIT.* If he had the Soul Stone, he could possibly also attack his stand.
Although if it's the *MCU* we're talking about, they have a MUCH better chance to actually WIN.

GER is sentient. Also I dunno about Doctor Strange + the time stone? I mean Return to Zero just kind of... returns anything back to zero, with his knowledge or without. GER acted on its own through Time Erase i'm pretty sure it could act through Someone reversing time on him
