What network (vmnet number) is the network adapter of windows server and windows 10 set? Are all vms (windows and fortigate) in the same network? What type of network is that (Bridged, NAT, Host Only)?
Nice video, but the most important thing that needs to configure the network within VMware workstations before power on the VM is not clear. As you just mention the 1st interface you are setting as the bridge, that's mean you are bridging your wifi or LAN connection from laptop or desktop for FortiGate VM wan interface. But what about the DMZ, and the LAN.
Why are you using paid software? It would be nice if you can configure an open source alternative or at least some solution with limited free functionality.
Already did, Barakuda. OpenWRT, please check one of the videos in my channel (th-cam.com/video/SjgEdfZClog/w-d-xo.html), you can find more about OpenWRT in my channel through that video's description.

Nice vid sir. Can you share as a link for the fortgate image?
You can download the latest version from Fortigate support site. Here is online storage: od.51sec.org/T51SecEU/Sharing/VM/Fortigate/

DMZ is another network in your VMWare Workstation, e.g. host network. LAN can be your NAT network in your VMWare Workstation.
