Between 1991-1994, my shipmates and I watched these guys play in at least 20 bars and clubs around Connecticut and Rhode Island. Awesome to see they're still around.
I saw them too in ~'90 over in New London when i was stationed in Groton. Still remember they were harder blues then, rocked hard, and loud as hell. :) , tiny bar over there and I remember full Marshall stacks. Did I mention they played LOUD :)! My ears rang a few days after that one.
(Sing it with a rockabilly groove) Yeah! There is a place out west, where rockabilly is still the king! (A doda doda doa, a doda dua do!) I said, there is a place out "WEST", where rockabilly is still the fucking king! (A doda doda do-wa, a doda dua do!) If Young Neil and his Vipers went there. Then they can become the rockabilly kings. End of lyrics. Seriously, there is a huge rockabilly cult, tattoos and hotrods, out west. And If had your band, I would have been moving out there yesterday. Pack your bags boys, and get the hell out there!
