Agree 9.5k only because the location actually keeps the residents out of actual Siddharth vihar where the infra is still extremely poor. Whatever luxury this township comes with pre-launch above 9.5 would not make any sense. 150 projects are planning to launch at 12k.

Atleast they need 40-50% sale in first six months to keep the books. Its a listed company but their sales number drives their stock price. Prestige is always aggressive in their sales approach and just cannot sit on inventories like other builders in the near vicinity

Do some ground work first demand is pretty high for this project. Right now projects in Noida extension are getting launched at 10-11k considering that this seems value for money And prestige will bring wholesome development for this entire area. People who gonna invest their money will double it in 2-3 years time for sure.
aas pass koi bhi acha area nahi hai. muslim population se covered hai. road ke left per non plaster ghar hai. risky highway hai. aapko mall jaane ke liye bhi highway use karna parega. bacho ke school dur hai. daily highways se bache jaaege. it is too risky.

I went to the location. Ghaziabad is very crowded. It took me 15 minutes to make a U-turn near the project location due to traffic and narrow roads.
