Well it's possible had she carried on, but the end of "you" is an oo sound, and that can look like the beginnings of a W, but as soon as she finished saying "you", she formed the 'ar' part of arse, but it was very clipped off as she stopped herself. I'd have to say, if I WAS wrong, it is more likely that you are right, than some who say it was the F word, in no way was she going to say that.
Nobody but them will ever know. Either way, it was a close shave!
