You may not know it if you are not frenchspeaking, but this woman is an extremely popular novalists, her books sell by the millions; So generous and fragile.
Amélie, merci de nous donner de l'air et de la poésie à travers cet amour profond. On ne vous imaginait pas aussi courageuse, d'oser parler d'un sujet tant controversé, et méprisé par les sphères pensantes officielles.

I read her novel "Antéchrista" in my French class before I graduated in Germany. It was one of the most influential books I read during my entire adolescence. I strongly related to the semi-autobiographic substitute, Blanche, who is the protagonist of the story and who is severely struggling with recognizing her own value and asserting her very self. Especially for younger people, her works hold so much insight and addressing of crucial issues that are often overlooked by adults, guardians and parents.
What an awesome person. Amelie is a true healer, chapaue!! Recognizing the tools which these spiritual healers are using, so much respect for this woman.

I don't know about the Temple of the Way of Light. I can't even say yet what I think or I understood about it because I am in awe from what you said at the beginning of your video.
You said that you used to feel ugly. That affirmation is the reason of my comment: I want you to know how I got to this video - I NEED to tell you why I am watching.
I just started to read your book "Hygiène de l'assassin" and in just few pages in, I felt in love with your crude character and what I see will be an amazing story. I was curious to see who created this Prétextat Tach and I googled your name in Images. I was surprised to see what a beautiful woman you are and - I apologize for the superficiality of my motivation- consequently, I needed to hear your voice so I went to youtube and wrote your name and this is what came about.

Wonderful video! Note that, contrary to what is written in the description, A. Nothomb didnt "become well known several years later" (after the ceremonies in 2012). She became famous much earlier, in 1992 and has been a successful writer since then.
Note also that what happened to her, albeit wonderful, shouldn't be generalized. For each person, the ayahuasca experience is different.

Am I the only one that doesn't understand why this cost 2000 per person feels like a pretty big rib off why can't I just go to brazil and search for a shaman on my own I guess what I'm trying to figure out is what does this place have to offer other then the ayahuasca which is cheap to make I looked it up how it's made but I don't dare to try it without a shaman
