    Where do the nutrients come from? Are they synthetic?

    I wonder how many people will become allergic to it? Has it been tested as an allergen? And what about environmental toxins in the growth medium? Not enough information is being provided

      That's true, more info would be welcomed. I guess the company doesn't wanna reveal much though, since it's still in an early stage of development

      @@hitechfarmerseb Questionable nutrition and unknown health outcome. You cannot replace butter, dairy or eggs as claimed, let alone the taste. Eggs are packed with vitamins and other nutrients, the protein is nutritionally complete, with an PDCAAS of 1 (excellent). I wonder how solein compares to that.
