A lot of tropes in one episode but... it's a GL so I take them ! A trauma in the past of Sam made her emotionless, dominant grandmother who still live in his head 200 years ago, Fon brutally facing reality, Kirk probably a good guy but...are we sure ? It seems a good start (I don't like the childhood crush without even a single meeting in between, it's stupid... we are still going to take it). The acting is good and the cinematography is very good, it's clean and the director uses a lot of dutch-angle shots. I hope it will be a signature of the series, I love that when director create a stylish shot for a series.
Yes a lot of troops but if secret crush thought us something there might be a plan here. :) And I even appreciate that we get to see all the BL troops in a GL a little bit like see its not that different ppl it's not that hard.
as children they have met many times, in this episode they showed the first meeting only, if you be patient a little, you will see more of their scenes as children in the upcoming episodes …. its just the first episode people
@@Anoriellreacts flashbacks started 13 years ago, Mon said to her friend that she saw Sam the last time, 12 years ago, so probably they spent together one whole year before they separated, in the school or maybe neighbours because when they first met, Mon mom called Sam “Lady Sam” that meant Sam family knows in their neighbourhood

well its called gap so its vital to show the gap in different level.
