Lost count lol was experimenting with one castle and got this lv23 dark knight and i see no other benefits for lowering your castle to 1

The AI must have been super late in recruiting Tomas.

Turtled in one castle until around season 15 before he came out. Theres absolutely no way I can beat the campaign now but I mostly did this just to unlock him for challenge mode. Haha

Well it took 13 seasons total for me to get him. Not sure what to do now, I have two saves one without him but positive mana and one with him but in the red. The only annoyance is Mirelva is dead set in invading me so each time I have to do the same battle over and over. There one thing to note, pay attention to the other nations, it possible for another nation to steal Dyzenys if they have reach 4 castles. Here I am shifting through seasons after seasons for him to the point the game gives you that time warning, then I see his portrait in the vs screen for Mana.
Yea there will be sacrifices made to get him. Most players I'd say would get him just to complete the Records of History. I'll definitely be one to use him though. You'll bounce back your economy quickly. Don't worry.

I'd rather get Tomas and level him up. Better growth, by the time he reaches the same level I think he'll be better. And Ba'al is even better. Both you can get with an almost certainty just questing right away. I got them pretty quick and In 2 battles I got both up to level 18 from murdering everything. (They're stacked with gear as well)
Right, I'm the same. This is mainly for completionist sake.
What happens if a enemy country recruit someone? Is there a way to get them?
I'm on a game as guimoule and destroyed Minerva. I just got a knight called Lionel and a weakling Faye so far.
When I destroyed Minerva I got Lorenzo, which is okay to defend and a weakling to quest.
Depending on the Knight, you'll be able to recruit them if you destroy the country that recruited them first. Lionel is an example.

So, he is more easy to recruit if we play in normal mode?
I would do Hard Mode, because the AI is more likely to recruit Tomas early on. But you can create a Custom game on Normal Mode where you set the AI to have 100% Quest Success so Tomas shows up sooner.
How would you say he compares to Halerato in LOF?

You can choose him for challenge mode if toy recruit him in story or he may join you randomly in challenge mode.

Yes you can.
I want to ask, can you recruit him on easy, or is it on only normal and hard mode?
It'd be very difficult to recruit him on Easy since the enemy countries won't invade you.
Also, idle enemy rune knights don’t go on quests in easy mode. 😭 So you’ll still end up with Tomas despite the dwindling number of castle you have. 😭

He's in the enemy nation. He is as hard as stone with physical attack, so I rained him with Divine Rays! Buwahahaha

My old strat doesn't work on hard mode. I call it Grand line. I put all tanks and 1 Rune knight in 1 line. All range/magic on the 2nd line. Then a dragon or hydra (any with 4 to 5hex straight skill) 1hex ahead. The always bite the rune knight. I see many vids playing Brigandine LoF but did't see this kind of strat. Am i only 1 doing it?
But this strat doesn't work in Runersia hardmode. They are smarter now. They move backwards , then if are in range they will attack you, with broken formation. 🤔🙄🙄

Durius appears after Season 6 if you are not playing Norzaleo or Gustava.

@@TheStellarArcade btw, mana is only for summoning right? Nothing will happen if your mana 0 and have huge of upkeep just like forsena?
@@Fogship If your upkeep is too high and you reach 0 mana, your army suffers a major stat decrease. You will have to release monsters in order to avoid that.
am stuggling to get him been on 4 bases shinbo got tomas yet mana team drop to 4 and they always have him..., hurts :( what is the earlist season he is recruitable?
Season 8 is the earliest Tomas shows up so at that point or shortly after.
@@TheStellarArcade i got him but had to loose a base to go to 3 lose all mana income and seemed to be season 12. have you had him before season 12-13 guess its time to conuter and hope as the -30%hp/mp might be rough
@@Bailzar No, but literally the only times I've recruited him are for this Guide and my most recent Guide showcasing how to recruit all knights. That one took me I think til season 16?
