I have been thinking about how to change the bobber frame into a cafe racer, and this is awesome, thank you sir.
Very beautiful build ,I really like the tube part for the fork very good idea to rise the front
You've balanced flamboyance with restraint, beautiful bike.
That's one of the most beautiful Cafe Racer's I've seen!
Great job!
I'm hardly thinking about modificating my GS500 1997 into Cafe Racer and that's one of the examples that says to me "shh... do it!" :)
Greetings from Poland !
Great job buddy
I'm saving up to build a cafe racer from my old man's bike
Doing a lot of researches and your video is very helpful to me
Wil, very nice job! Precious! Always the Virago design was nice, making the engine part of the frame!
Hello Wil, I just wanted to say that's a hell of a build brother! very nice virago! the only thing that I don't like is that color, everything else is perfect, very well done.
Congratulation! A good video and a really beautiful cafe racer.
Where did you get the foot control extension rods and levers? Are they custom made or an off the shelf item? I am in the process of converting the same bike ('82 virago 920).
Thanks!
Nice work!
There where a lot of changes on carburetor and exhaust, is this still legal in the Netherlands?
I owned an XV920RH in red but it never looked as good as this café`d XV920-Virago. Wish I'd been able to keep that bike. Nicely done! ~ S ~
What did you do to modify it so you could fit spoke wheels? Or are they a direct fit from the older models?
+Brendan m Rear is from a later model XV, dual shock. New spoken, off set to the left. Made new axel.Front is from a Ducati with a Ducati USD.
What size is the carb? The original had the dual carb setup, right? How hard was it to do a single?
Fantastic build. I love the way the speedo fits in there so perfectly. Real clean. Can you tell me which spoke wheels you used. I'm guessing XV700- how difficult to fit?
Thanks for your comment.
Front wheel is Ducati, rear wheel XV700, re-spoken out of the middle.
REALLY nice, could I ask which monoshock you used? any fabrication needed to make it fit?
Hey mate I was just wondering how did you get the gear shifter back to that position, did you do it yourself or is it some sought of kit?
looks really good! I have built one myself but from a Yamaha Tr1 / XV1000 from -81. What wheels did you use?
echt gaaf man... hij moet naar zo'n make over ook weer opnieuw naar het RDW ??
Hi,
Nice video and great build on the bike. Where did you get the spoked wheels with the shaft drive? You think they would fit an XV1100?
Thanks
Very simple and very beautiful.

Wow man, great job!! sorry but which model of Ducati for forks and front wheel?

Good job man. Beautiful motorcycle.
Perfect Song for this video! yhats DeadMau5 right? Nobody makes Electronic music him! Awsome Bike and the Color too! I love yellowish orangeish colors.
Woukd you mind telling me where you got your petcocks for the bennilli tank? I cant seem to find any that will fit my 1983 virago as well as the tank itself
how did you go about extending the fork tubes? I swapping the forks on my 1980 cb650 with ones off of a gsxr 600 and the forks are giving it a little too much rake.
Cameron Kardel I know a guy who makes special tubes extenders, i can give younhis adres
The bike is awesome, can u turn of the music when u start the engine on your next video please ? In this one the music is much louder than the engine sound. Keep up the good work. Make people happy by building beauty!

+FoxD13 no, did not cut my framejust made the "neck" a little smaller so i could lower the benelli tank
