If you people want to enjoy home made veg- parathas, it's very easy. Aalu-pyaaj paratha-- Make soft dough of wheat flour and add little ghee and salt into that dough while making. Put it to rest for half hour. Stuffing-- boil 3 big aalu and mash them and add pyaaj (cut into little pcs), little pcs. of green chillies and green coriander leaves. Then add salt, black salt, dry coriander powder, aamchur powder, jeera powder, little garam masala and pinch of Heeng. Mix it all with spoon. Now take some dough and make ball and flat it in palm size as it should be thick between and thin on edges. Now put one spoon of aalu-pyaaj stuffing on this and close it on edges properly and flat it and dry on aata-powder (same as you do on roti). Roll it like thick roti and sprinkle dry aata both sides. Heat a Tawaa and put this paratha on hot tawaa. Roast on both sides then put some ghee and shallow-fry on both sides. Make all parathaas like this (sufficient for 7-8 parathaas).... Eat with curd and Aam ka achaar.
For Paneer paratha-- Take 1ltr. milk and boil it then mix half lemon's juice in it and keep steering spoon till it cuddles. Let it cool. Now rinse all water through a thin cloth and you will get "paneer" keep this paneer into cloth and hang it at some place for 2 hours so all the water is trickled out. Now put this paneer in some container and in fridge for some time. Now add 4 spoons of this fresh paneer into the stuffing of Aalu-pyaaj you made earlier and add little salt, black pepper and garam masala and mix it well. Now make parathas same way as written above. Eat this paneer parantha with Chhole.... Enjoy.😊😊

Iam from Paris whenever I travel India my first visit is Delhi excellent food tasting with family and also my native Chennai food tasting and also culturel and festivals etc.,. I see most of Pakisthanis restaurants only mens are eating no ladies and family with childrens are very rare in Pakisthan? This is tristes(sad). Womens and childrens should also eat in all Restaurants not only Pakisthanis mens reserved to eat alone to fullfil their stomoch??? It's look shame on these inhuman selfish gays? In India is Human rights rule, it's very different from Pakisthan, all Indian womens are same equelle rights as men. Most of Indian restaurants we see families all come and eat enjoys the food. Pakisthanis mens should change their narrow mindset and respect womens as equal to men. Pakisthan Islamophobho fondamental government should make a law and give all people same respect and same rights to develop the country get good economic. they should learn from Big brother India (not selfish China).
