Kitni acchi recipe hai, chef! Aur sabse zyada yeh accha laga ki itna fry karne ke baad bhi tel bilkul saaf raha. Jab hum fry karte hain toh cornflour/arrowroot ke kaaran tel mein ek brown tinge aa jaata hai aur sara extra flour kadai ke tale mein settle ho jata hai.

Thank you so much for this perfect pattice recipe. My husband is from surat and misses most of the farsan there. I tried out this recipe and he loved it. Said tasted like original navsari Mamanu pattice. I had never had this before but really loved it. I have made this recipe almost three to four times and has turned out perfect every time whether it be oil free ‘padd’ or the yummy stuffing. So a really good recipe. Thanks👍🙏
