I was trying my best to not scream, almost failed when I saw Xiao and Venti...then came Beidou and Ningguang. The characters that made me scream was Hu Tao and Qiqi, they're too adorable. I got scolded but...I just can't not scream

Noelle is at least 13-15, Fischl is canonically 15-16, Amber is around 17-18 (18 is still pretty young) if you include the manga, Barbara is a minor as well, she’s called a child/girl multiple times by others and in her lore. Lumine doesn’t biologically age. Hu Tao is at least 15-16., Xiangling is also 15-16, Xinyan is 15-17. Some of the boys in this video are minors too.
