Awesome, I just went through the whole video, I took all the notes and repeat the video as many times needed it, it took me 90 mins to do all the exercises but it was worth it, this is my life change beggining

Provide value every hour of every day to your career, wife, family, friends, but most of all to yourself. Value yourself and share that value.
Yes this is very good. Jim Rohn is awesome. And I especially enjoy when he talks about his mentor. Unfortunately this video is supposed to be about journaling. However it focuses on goal setting. I am pretty sure those are two distinctly different things.
