    This chef was and still is the only chef on "Chef's Table" that I have ever truly took an interest in seeing his story. The food looked great, he is transparent about his history, and he's simple with his words.

      Couldn't agree more, very interesting story as a whole and for sure a man to look up to, really became who he is due to not only his skill but mainly due to his persistance and sheer will power!

    We were just in the restaurant for lunch this time last week from the US. OMG!!!!!!!! It was a destination within our trip to Berlin! Worth every $$$$

    I would love to meet him someday, love how passionate and secure of he is of himself. His food is just as interesting as his life.
