Seems like the metal edge trim piece has been misaligned and trapping the coins in the gap, I think the technician removed it completely after your last issue. Those coin pusher machines are precision high tech machines and need highly skilled and suitably trained technical staff to service and maintain them to a high standard, bit like Aerospace technology systems.
