No--Jeremy shouldn't have to leave. If he decides to, that is one thing, but that is a very expensive proposition! He has rights and the court should provide him restitution for the owner's incompetencies and disregard of the landlord/tenant rights inherent in a rental agreement.

It's also just a replica. I bought one for my parents about a decade ago. I think I paid $400 (Australian). All original Grandfather clocks I could find at the time were online or at antique stores and were $5000 or higher. Really hard to find genuine ones.

i'd speak to the utility companies and show them your lease, along with proof you've paid for your utilities (bank statements) via your rent and it is your landlord who has not paid them (thus the liability is theirs not yours). then offer to pay any further ongoing bills directly (set the utilities up in your own name), but with the agreement you will not be liable for the landlord's delinquent account as the landlord has collected the utilities payments from you and fraudulently failed to pass the monies to the utility companies. then pay the rent, less the money demanded for utilities. if it went to court i doubt a judge would disagree with that course of action.

Hey guys, very nice locker for sure! To get the wax out of the ceramic fish, put it in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours then take a blunt butter knife, or any utensils and use to pop off the wax. That’s how I remove all my used wax from votive candles. Take care. 👍🏼❤️

That crazy fish has a two fold use. You could just use the bottom to burn candles but the candle is actually uused to warm the dish set on the tail at the top .You place a dish up there and can use either essential oils in it or the little scented wax blocks in it for aromatherapy.

Those "little" armor plates are called SIDE PLATES. They go on either side of your body lower than chest level to protect you from side small arms fire, shrapnel, etc. They are pricey.
