superglue. you can also paint the kit. personally, after painting, only the red part in the waist section remains loose, which can easily be solved by superglue.
The decal looks like a sticker so just peel it off and place it onto the base of the stand. I usually use a coin and I rub the sticker and trace the lettering with it. Make sure to rub all sections of the design, then peel off the plastic. It's dry transfer so it will stay in place right away 😊
Yes absolutely this is something to consider only if you're using it as temporary stand in if you don't have the Bandai Calibarn or you might use this for a kit bash. I have fixed the issues on this though, I used nail polish for the loose parts ☺️✌️

Dry decal on stand base? How to put it?
Just slap it on like a flex tape, rub it for a while and peel the plastic off. In other words, like how dry transfer decals work.

Ok naman...but you need to put alil dab of tamiya cement or nail polish on some joints to increase the clutch so it won't be loose 😊✌️
