Another great video! I had my hubby watch this one with me because I wanted him to understand what I wanted to accomplish by wearing makeup. Such a pretty look Sharalee! It's been cold here in Vegas, so I have been doing a lot of pinky eyeshadow looks, to bring some "Spring" to my face. Have you tried the Urban Decay "alkaline" eye liner? It's a really, really pretty deep wine shade and one of my favorites. KVD also has a brow pomade, that works well as a gel liner, called "Aubergine" and it's gorgeous as well. Love drinking coffee and watching you put on makeup. Thanks for doing these videos. :)

I really enjoy your vids, you make it look so easy. This is a great time for me to be experimenting, since I recently retired and we are all stuck inside. I do have a couple of questions. 1) Is there a way to keep most of your make-up from coming off inside of the masks we have to wear? I do use a finishing spray, but I still see alot of it on the mask. 2) I have tried several different concealers for under my eyes. I don't feel like it hides the dark circles very well, and they ALWAYS look cakey. What can I do differently? Thank you for joining me during my morning coffee. I too have tried all the setting spray tricks and don't think it works at all. What I have discovered is that lightweight foundations (like the BareMinerals Powder Foundation, KVD True Portrait Foundation, etc.) transfer a lot less. As for concealer, I'm planning an updated video on this soon. I've been testing out a lot of concealer "hacks" to see if I can find some that actually work for us mature ladies! Oh yay!! So glad you enjoyed this and that it gave you some new tips to try! Yes, those long wear lipsticks can be really drying! One thing you can do is to apply a little chapstick first....let it sink in and then dap off the excess before applying your lipstick. Also, keep your lips exfoliated. I recommend doing this at night and then slathering your lips in a lip mask. By removing all the dead skin, it helps the mask penetrate better. As for the under eye area, there are some eye masks that I've used and loved. One I'm testing right now is by Patchology and they are Flashpatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels. They work in as little as 5 minutes and really help refresh the under eye area before applying makeup. I am planning an updated concealer video...hopefully, I'll have some tried and true tips for you soon!♥️🥰

Beautiful look! I love those Burt’s Bees lip shimmers and I use them often. My eyebrows are a dark shade of blonde and when I was about 12 or 13, not knowing how to shape them, I plucked them Jean Harlow thin. Lol. Sadly, they never really filled back out. Too that with having an autoimmune thyroid disease that adds to loss of eyebrow hair, I have very little to work with for brows. It is was it is and I do the best I can. Looking forward to your brow video!

You always make our day brighter🥰 I'm in search for a good waterproof mascara. I have terrible dark circles (hereditary). If I don't use waterproof, it inevitably amused & I need no help in looking darker under the eyes🤦🏼♀️ I've used higher end (Buxum) & cheapy cheap (Wet n Wild) nothing seems to be even remotely smudge proof. I so appreciate you faithfully watching, sweet friend!💗 You know, I find that most waterproof mascaras tend to smudge on me as well....weird, I know🤷♀️ But tubing mascaras do not smudge at all! If you haven't already tried them, I'd recommend the Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions mascara or the L'Oreal Double Extend Mascara. I usually just use these on the lower lashes but the Thrive one works great on the upper lashes as well.🥰

again a very nice video with great products from the Drugstore . The Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation is super good, I love using it. The Milani Blushes are all great. Unfortunately, there is the range of LA Girl with us so not to buy in the drugstores. But it’s too nice color, and they look so great on you.

You could buy them at Amazon, but then much more expensive than in stores in the USA. They are definitely softer shadows so I just tap off my brush before applying to my eyes and that helps. But once applied, I don't notice any fallout during the day.

If your issue is with it smudging, I've had great success with tubing mascaras like the L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara or the Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions. Otherwise, if you have watery eyes, you will definitely need to stick with waterproof mascara formulas. The Too Faced Waterproof mascara has worked well for me when I am swimming or doing water related activities.😊
Are you aware that some wig company (don't know for sure but probably from China) has stolen your picture and is using it in their ads online. I don't know what you can do about it but it's not right.
Ugh....yes, but thank you for letting me know. I've been battling this for a couple of years. All the companies are located in China and therefore, I have basically no recourse. However, if you see any ads on Facebook or Pinterest, I can have those removed. Just need to send me the actual add and then I can report it. It is a shame how dishonest companies are these days!
I love your videos and the gorgeous eye looks you create. But please do not fall into the youtuber trap of adding music in your videos. Very distracting and I would much rather watch the steps you take to achieve that look vs listening to odd music tracks.

Beautiful look! I love those Burt’s Bees lip shimmers and I use them often. My eyebrows are a dark shade of blonde and when I was about 12 or 13, not knowing how to shape them, I plucked them Jean Harlow thin. Lol. Sadly, they never really filled back out. Too that with having an autoimmune thyroid disease that adds to loss of eyebrow hair, I have very little to work with for brows. It is was it is and I do the best I can. Looking forward to your brow video!

Great video using drugstore products. Really like the Burts Bees lip color. That will be on my to buy list Eyeshadow pallet colors are so pretty. That will be on my list too. You always make our day brighter🥰 I'm in search for a good waterproof mascara. I have terrible dark circles (hereditary). If I don't use waterproof, it inevitably amused & I need no help in looking darker under the eyes🤦🏼♀️ I've used higher end (Buxum) & cheapy cheap (Wet n Wild) nothing seems to be even remotely smudge proof. I so appreciate you faithfully watching, sweet friend!💗 You know, I find that most waterproof mascaras tend to smudge on me as well....weird, I know🤷♀️ But tubing mascaras do not smudge at all! If you haven't already tried them, I'd recommend the Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions mascara or the L'Oreal Double Extend Mascara. I usually just use these on the lower lashes but the Thrive one works great on the upper lashes as well.🥰

Loved this video... the elf hd powder is my standard under eye setting powder & the loreal primer & mascara are some of my favorites! Ok... questions... did you get your hair cut recently? I would say the LA Girl eyeshadow palette is pretty well-balanced...there are a few warm shades but also some cool ones mixed in😘 Hope you are having a blessed week so far!

again a very nice video with great products from the Drugstore . The Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation is super good, I love using it. The Milani Blushes are all great. Unfortunately, there is the range of LA Girl with us so not to buy in the drugstores. But it’s too nice color, and they look so great on you.

@@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates Yes that’s a pity, unfortunately there are some things that are only available in the USA, such as Buxom Lip Gloss. This brand does not exist in Germany. You could buy them at Amazon, but then much more expensive than in stores in the USA. But in spite of everything, I find your videos so instructive and great. best example, with you there is a shop called Trader Joe with us he is called ALDI. Love everything for you🌸🌸🍀

I have the same eye shadow pallet (LAGirl) and I noticed a lot of fall out when I used it. Did you experience that as well?
They are definitely softer shadows so I just tap off my brush before applying to my eyes and that helps. But once applied, I don't notice any fallout during the day.

Oh my goodness, yes!! Although, it was made easier by the fact that nothing limited edition was released and I don't feel like I missed out on any amazing sales....that's when I find it really hard not to shop!🥰

I can't imagine using mascara that's not waterproof. My mascara never stays put....even most waterproof brands. How do you make mascara stay put?
If your issue is with it smudging, I've had great success with tubing mascaras like the L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara or the Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions. Otherwise, if you have watery eyes, you will definitely need to stick with waterproof mascara formulas. The Too Faced Waterproof mascara has worked well for me when I am swimming or doing water related activities.😊

Mostly because they are typically a wetter formula mascara (not my favorite) and I hate how hard it is to remove😘
Are you aware that some wig company (don't know for sure but probably from China) has stolen your picture and is using it in their ads online. I don't know what you can do about it but it's not right.
Ugh....yes, but thank you for letting me know. I've been battling this for a couple of years. All the companies are located in China and therefore, I have basically no recourse. However, if you see any ads on Facebook or Pinterest, I can have those removed. Just need to send me the actual add and then I can report it. It is a shame how dishonest companies are these days!
LA Girl does not do animal testing and they do not sell in China so I an going to check them out.

I love your videos and the gorgeous eye looks you create. But please do not fall into the youtuber trap of adding music in your videos. Very distracting and I would much rather watch the steps you take to achieve that look vs listening to odd music tracks.
