I'm feeling happy cause I was almost right
My guess for the first round was south east of Norway, in the Innlandet (or around Lillehammer to Os and Røros area)
And for the 2nd round I also picked Bulgaria before you said it but I was going to put it at 50km of the Turkish border cause even if the town was 200% Bulgarian the landscapes reminded me of Turkey, so close to the border (I was wrong it's more in the center of Bulgaria near Veliko Tarnovo)

Coverage on street view doesn’t look like that for Serbia, most of the mountainous coverage is in south Serbia and it’s never autumn, also the red Google car with antenna is never Serbia
