  • Nana Nora is back in the kitchen and going to make her Dublin Coddle an Irish dish which is often made to use up leftovers, and therefore without a specific recipe. However, it most commonly consists of rashers with chunky potatoes, sliced onion, salt, pepper.Hope ye enjoy 😊

Wish I had a Nana! Cute kitchen! I loved it when she grabbed a coffee cup to scoop out the soup. Blessed be Nana Nora. May the wee folk watch over you!

Fair play Nana on your Coddle, greetings from Dublin. Looks great but I’d have thrown a pack of kearns or Granby sausages in. I hope whoever you dished up most of your Coddle to is paying their way. Get a bit of batch or turnover with KerryGold and happy out. All the best hope your keeping well through this the coddle will help anyway 👍🏻

That stew is so meaty you could feed an army with that. Irish meals are so hearty and filling.

You may tell your grandmother that's a fine coddle fit for a king. Its not a Dublin dinner, its an irish dinner.

It would be useful if Nana Nora could give some indication of how she's cooking the ingredients - gas/heat, boil/simmer, for how long, etc.

Ahh jaysus give her a break I thought she was very informative, just bring it to a boil and let it simmer for as long as you need, you can tell by eye usually
