Hey everyone! I can get a 2lb 3oz tub of yellow curry paste from a store in town called US ChefStore. It is what is commonly called a "restaurant supply store" but the general public can still shop there. I would research in your area for a store like this because some things can be a better deal, for example the yellow curry paste is $6.99 in store but online I've only ever found it priced 2-3x more than that.

I planted this squash this year and it is taking off! I appreciate your showing the canning of the puree. The cubes were too wet.

I enjoyed your video. I'm old enough to have two different canning books, one from 1953 (Kerr) and one from 1961 (Presto) that give instructions and times for canning mashed squash and pumpkin for pie filling. I am definitely going to can some mashed this year. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thank you...I have never heard of those squash. I have some Cherokee in my heritage...but am in the Pacific Northwest (land of mist and fog) so I don't know if they will grow here. Good information Mikaela!!!

I’m really enjoying your videos so much! I love squash however it may come. I have never grown them, but I think I will try. I bought some squash at Whole Foods once that looked similar to an acorn squash but they were white and spotted. They were sweet and delicious! I wish I would have saved seeds. Also, I eat the skins now too.

Instrumental music would be less distracting from the process, but that’s just my idiosyncrasy.
