is the Animas worth fishing in July/August or is it too hot and water temps too warm? Thanks

The temps might get kinda high in a month or so. But it fished good in the summer. Lots of little stockers tho. If you can get your fly lower in the water column then that’s where you will find bigger fish. It’s a good river year round. Moving a little fast now but it’s getting lower every day 👍🏼
