This is Transformers Shattered Glass II ! This story follows a world very similar to the standard transformers universe but with one key difference. Evil Autobots and Heroic Decepticons!
We pick up just after the end of the last series with Ultra Magnus and his spotlight Issue!

I love the idea that if Optimus were to become evil, Ultra Magnus would be his second in command, and comparative to Starscream and Megatron; Ultra Magnus is very smart and *very* capable of taking on Optimus.
The scariest Starscream is a competent one.

explains how he was able to be primes 2nd in command
This just shows that because of Magnus' combat training he's perfectly capable of beating Optimus.
Ultra Magnus is that one quiet kid nobody wants to mess with

I always got the inclination that they were turning Ultra Magnus into Bludgeon.
Then would make for a good reason why he would under his new name become a Decepticon.

When SG Ultra Magnus ram Prime with his vehicle mode, I always dreaming about Akane got a ride by SG Ultra Magnus ramming her.
This was another spectacular installment into the shadred glass comic dub thank you so much. Also 12:25 this moment was so awesome and really creepy
I like the way you had the lead up to the reveal of Ultra Magnus’s true face as opposed to the original comic.

There are a lot of intonation errors in the voice work.
For example, 4:43 - the voice actor had inflection on "You're going to break that hologram..." as though it were an order that prime was giving "You ARE GOING to do this, whether you like it or not!" intonation, when that isn't at all what the scene and dialog is supposed to be.
Rather, it is a mocking warning "This thing will happen if you continue to stress so much. You will end up breaking that hologram". This idea has so much potential, but really needs voice acting direction.

That wasn’t ricochet, that was jackpot. Ricochet has a similar head shape to Jazz. Ricochet appears inside metroplex along with jazz in the final issue of Shattered Glass

But... if this was before Shockwave turned yellow and one eyed. Then how is Ratbat alive?! Why did Magnus rip him in two?! Is this an inconsistency?
ratbat was there during the protests in issue 2 and that (i think) lead to him becoming a senator alongside shockwave
then the events here occured and shockwave got empurata'd
@@Boyo_Dubs During the protest scene Megatron mentions Shockwaves Empurata treatment. Meaning the workers protest happened after the Wreckers attack on the senate. My guess would be that Ratbat clung onto life and was eventually recovered by a medical team, probably Soundwave which would explain Ratbat possibly being one of his minicons despite never being seen in present day.

More likely a homage to Bug Bite, a Go-Bots Character who took Bumblebee's form with a white color to it that is part of the Mercenary faction.

its a flashback the reason why theres no transition is because thats the sg idw comics they keep adding flashbacks that dont make sense the only ones that dont have flashbacks are soundwave's and slicer's comic while the only one that had a reasonable flashback was when blaster had his life flash before his eyes
