Didn't expect it to be this gentle, honestly. It might have happened for a reason though lol I was needing something sweet after work the day after and was having trouble finding the right song till, I put Fireflies on, and it hit the spot. If it was aggressive I would've had to settle for something only "almost" as sweet
Fireflies is my favorite ballad, I don't usually listen to ballads, but this one made me feel relief and like I was floating (I genuinely felt I could breathe better after first listen). Btw, Handong getting the most lines in this song is something I didn't expect, she does all the lower harmonies in the chorus. She usually gets few lines but iconic ones.

@@TEEJ-9 they once mentioned that they don't really care about distribution, they just do whatever fits the song better, and the members are fine with it even if they get less lines.
DC intros are always fully instrumental/ambient and are meant to set the mood for the album, though this is the longest one they've ever done. They're typically just 60 - 90 seconds. I always love the vibes they add to the experience and this one in particular really gives the sense of going on a journey. All the Intros are fantastic and its nice to hear the producers get a chance to go off. The last song on each of the albums (for the most part) tend to be slower ballad-like songs that are meant for the fans. I never cared to much for slower/ballad type songs before I got into Dreamcatcher but they're ballads are always so beautiful and carry so much emotion that its hard not to love them. The harmonies in Fireflies are so freaking good. They don't typically do harmonies like this in their songs so it was nice to see them do something totally new. What are you plans for what to do next?
Ahh~ so they're the exception for you as far as that goes. I've listened to FF a handful more since this upload and I'm falling more into the feeling as well. Hm the most is done, so... only thing left is to go back in time 😅Totally haven't decided where to start after this though lol I've been recommended bangers but from different trilogies or something. >_> I do atleast know we start the "This is..." series next week
To answer your question: Dreamcatcher Company doesn't file copyright strikes for music videos (in fact they typically encourage reaction videos). You can safely play entire songs if they have a music video. If it's bare tracks, like with the intro, you can probably do it one track at a time, but if you play the entire album you might get a strike from Sony, since they distribute Dreamcatcher's music. Typically anything from Dreamcatcher Company's own page on TH-cam is safe. An exception *might* be their Japanese tracks. Now, stuff from music shows, on the other hand is almost certainly gonna get you strikes, which is pretty sad since they've done so many awesome performances.
dreamcatcher \:D/ the intro for this album is kind of the exception since every other dreamcatcher intro is short and hard hitting so this is almost the polar opposite 😅. all dreamcatcher albums end with some form of a ballad. they mix it up so it's never the same. this time around they did a lot of harmonizing which is actually very atypical for a dreamcatcher song. and yes, dami does sing a lot. are you planning on continuing with the same format? going through their albums piecewise? 😄

I don't plan on it being this way past this year (hopefully soon). uhm When you watch reactors videos, you'll see them pause or go back a bit w/the YT bar showing on screen. I don't have that set up, so it's a bit more complicated to edit rn. When I get that set up, I will do things a bit different and will gladly do full album playthroughs too.

Lol y'all always wanna throw a Dreamcatcher song in an anime but I think "Fireflies" would fit well into any drama, especially an acoustic version!
