As planing a trip from Germany to the UK by car, your opposite point of view is quite interesting for me as, for example, I never drove a car in the UK and so I am a bit scared of it....
Go for it! What I will say though, in germany your roads are awesome. Our roads here are awful 😅 be extra carefull of speed limits in the UK cameras everywhere.

@@1minutethemeparks In Germany we have also a lot of troubles with old and awful roads and bridges. Even if we do not have a general speed limit on our highways (autobahn), it is quite rare to find areas whithout local speed limits. But on the A5 on short final to Europa Park there are some areas where you can drive 200km/h+++ if traffic allows it :-) My car is prepared for a trip to the UK, as it is equipped with a digital cockpit so I can switch from km/h to mph and I can even adjust the front lights. I am just scared about my driving skills in the UK ;-)
