Was solving marrow mcq bank on pre ecclampsia and there were many mcqs which I marked wrong regarding the pathology...I donot beleive in mugging up ,so I landed up here and u have explained every thing in such a concise way...u r way way brilliant..thanku so much mam ❤️❤️❤️
Well explain madam, i am doing research in prediction of preeclampsia by using blood parameters, ratios of WBC and CRP during 11 to 14 weeks. Hope good outcomes.
Hello doctor, thank you for ur explanation i really like it. One thing that i wanna ask, in pre eclampsia the kidney will going glomerular endotheliosis that can't filter creatinine as well as in healthy human but why there's a proteinuria in pre eclampsia? I think that doesn't make sense. Thank you
Hello. From what i understood, the proteinuria is due to endothelial damage that allows leakage of albumin. Why the creatinine doesn't seep through the leakage, I'm not sure.
The endothelial damage causes loss of negative charge( as sometimes happens in nephrotic syndrome ) this there is no charge to repel the -reins from crossing the membrane, this protein urea
So happy I found this channel. I finish medical school in 12 weeks. Running into your work is GOLD.
