Is there a reason why the default duration is 13 weeks?
I assume the timeline can be tailored depending on liquidity crunches etc but curious to understand the default timeline.

Yes - it can absolutely be tailored to any duration. 13-weeks is standard because it makes up a quarter (3 months0.
