On the flip side, if they need to make roster changes mid year it's more complicated than having a new person join your lobby and discord calls. You need to move someone out, someone else in, etc etc. Also living together could bring alot of drama that has nothing to do with the game itself. Would you want to work all day and then go home off the clock, and see all the same people you spent all day working with? It could backfire
