💖 ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Jen I am 44 and live in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old son. I am a stay-at-home Mom and full-time TH-camr with a degree in business with a focus in marketing. Before leaving work when my son was born, I was a commercial lender at a bank. I also worked at Sephora and Macy's doing visual merchandising.
I have dry skin with some hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I love natural makeup looks but occasionally go outside my comfort zone a little bit. On my channel you'll find lots of videos about drugstore makeup and drugstore dupes (those are my favorites to film!) but I also review high-end makeup as well. I hope you enjoy my channel and if you do, please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE & leave me a comment!
That response about the Milani mascara was mine, and let me tell you directly that you can let go of any guilt you feel about recommending it! Makeup is SO subjective, and mascara is probably the most subjective of all of the products! I’ve purchased so many recommendations based on your feedback that I adore, so I certainly don’t feel upset when we disagree on an item or two! (This is also the reason I don’t buy high end makeup-much less at stake!)
Thank you, I appreciate that! I guess I'm just hyper aware of the fact that things cost so much these days and I hate to be even part of the reason that people waste their hard-earned money.
I absolutely love the Milani mascara!
I think mascara depends so much on the thickness of your hair - which includes the lashes. Fine thin lashes can’t always handle thicker mascara.
Yep, I threw that mascara away.
I really like the Milani mascara !
For me, it's the Essence Lash Princess mascara (in the waterproof blue tube). My sister and I decided to give them a try since our favorite Japanese mascara is always a pain to have to wait for it to arrive. AND that mascara smudge on us both LIKE CRAZY. Safe to say, after like 2-3 uses, we tossed both of our tubes out.
I bought the green tube, volumizing. I liked at first but I find they irritate my lashes by the end of the day. Did like the way they made my lashes.look however.
I’ve loved that mascara for years but my last tube (purchased this past summer) smudged like crazy. I wonder if it’s batch specific.
The blue one flaked like crazy on me. I love the look of the green one, but it smudges, so I top it with a waterproof mascara and that does the trick. I wouldn't bother though if I didn't like the way it looks so much.
Hey Jen!!! I really appreciate this video! While I wouldn’t want you to be upset, I could feel your emotion when you recommended the Milani mascara and it didn’t work out for some people. This is exactly why I trust your reviews!!! You truly care and understand the value of a dollar to folks. If you make 100 recommendations and one turns out not to be a good one here or there, no big deal! Personally you have saved me a ton of money with all your hard work and dedication!!! I appreciate you and your time!!! Thank you!!
Agreed.
I hated this too but honestly, makeup is SO PERSONAL. I like so many things that Jen has recommended and I feel like we have similar skin types and tones so things she loves I tend to love too. However, there's never a guarantee! So Jen, please don't feel bad. You do your best, and as you said, we all have different tastes and preferences. (But NGL, I am SO STOKED to try the new elf mascara! Should be here any day now......)
You are killing it with all your videos lately! I was all set to read my book and then I saw this pop up.
Same here!
be wary of those “clean”, “natural” brands as their preservative systems don’t hold a candle to other brands not claiming to be “clean”. they can also irritate some people‘s skin. so just be aware of what you’re buying when purchasing ✨
Agreed.
So true! I just bought the Thrive mascara because I like brown mascara and only wear tubing and I swear it makes my eyes burn! I’m considering returning it. Tonight I wore the original Loreal double extend tubing mascara and my eyes were fine. Wish I could find a cheap brown tubing mascara.
@@Mariakayc oof don’t use any makeup that irritates or hurts the eyes. definitely try to return it!
@@Mariakayc the new ELF tubing mascara she mentioned does come in brown!
Jen don’t apologize for what you do or don’t. This is a big kids game and we all have our ways of applying products. Don’t feel bad - ever! I love those juvias place blushes- I mix them with a bit of my face tint- and they stay on all day 🎉
THANK YOU JEN!!💟💕👑💕💟 for all the hard work you put into your channel & helping us year after year...👏🏻🥰♥️ INTEGRITY is so important & you are one of the most honest influencers! 🙏🏻🤗 Merry Christmas to you & your family!🎄🎅🫶🏼
Aw thank you! Merry Christmas to you and you too! 🎄❤️
Fantastic video Jen! I watch all your videos religiously and this was great, quick straight to the point and not going into too much detail about everything! 🎉🎉
I would like regular “regrets “ video’s, when the products are still “a hot purchase “ if possible when you get some of the products early. Love your views as always.
This was so fun. It's so interesting to hear all the reasons why products didn't work for different people. I just love your lip color!
Thank you for being here !
Hi Jen thanks for a new video! Just want to thank you for all the hard work you do to bring us this quality content! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Merry Christmas to you too! 🥰🥰💕💕
I originally bought one shade of the NYX fat lip oil and absolutely loved it! I ended up buying a second shade and the formula was completely different... One felt wonderful and smooth and the other wasn't hydrating and irritated the crap out of my lips. Very disappointed 😭
Jen, there were several of these products that I was considering buying. Because of how well written the comments were and your input, I’m going back to proven favorites. You put a lot of effort into this video and I truly appreciate it.
Thank you Jen, I put a lot of stock in what you say in a review, always feel like you give an honest assessment that we can trust! I really am anxious to try the Cover Girl tint with the beads in it.
That’s so adorable your son carrying his reindeer down the stairs. Clara also just talked about that Tower28 mascara, she said it was so hard getting off.❤❤
I am relieved to hear that others are disappointed by the Tower 28 mascara. I did not like it, and it actually hurt to use. I still try it every now and then because I spent so much on it, and I feel like I am makeup torturing myself! I was honest in my review of it as well so that people can be aware that satisfaction is subjective. Thanks for your videos!
I didn't care for it either. I don't get the hype.
It was just okay for me, not worth the money.
I'm not a fan, either. It weighed my eyelashes down, no matter how much I curled them, or how much mascara I used. :/ I was hopeful.
Yeah, I was surprised because I heard raving reviews. I couldn't help but try it out of curiosity because my eyelashes are short and need help :). Much better choices out there I feel, although if it works for some then that is fantastic!
It's pretty reasonably priced lol
Once again, you are our champion of honesty in the beauty community, Jen! HUGE THANK YOU for that. ❤ You saved us a bundle on the Merit shadows. 🤑 They got a ton of hype, but I didn't see one good application of them. At $24 each, they should practically apply themselves! As for the Milani guilt over the tubing mascara, don't give it a second thought. IMO, there is a learning curve with that type. All the ones I tried are wet and do clump. I use a lash comb to separate them before the mascara completely dries down. To me, it's worth the effort because of how easily they come off at night, and I don't miss looking like a raccoon the next morning. Had a thought for a possible video for you--your makeup tips/tricks. I never thought about wiping down a very wet mascara wand before, but it makes total sense! I'd love to hear any other thoughts, I would love to hear them, and I'm sure others here would too! 💖
I love the Milani tubing mascara. Secret is to run a lash comb through after applying to separate your lashes.
I love it too. Wear it everyday and I’ve had no issues.
The Tower 28 mascara was a HUGE letdown! Everyone was hyping it so much that I ended up buying it during the Sephora VIB sale. It smudged under my eyes EVERY SINGLE TIME I used it, so I ended up returning it. I have definitely found better mascaras in Korean beauty websites, such as the Heimish dailism smudge stop mascara and the Peripera ink black cara long lash. These mascaras will not break the bank (less than $10) and will not smudge at all; idk why western influencers are not talking about Korean mascaras.
I tried the Heimish (love most of their products!) and I loved that it was a tubing formula but it flaked into my eyes during the day for some reason. The tubes kept coming off...it was bad because I wear contacts. I tried it multiple times because a lot of people recommended it to me but I just couldn't wear it without irritation. :(
@@JenPhelpsI do admit that the Heimish one can flake throughout the day, but it works for me because I have very oily skin. Have you tried the Peripera Ink Black Cara? This one is not a tubing formula. I would describe it as "cement for lashes". It lasts all day, no flaking or smudging, but you do have to take time to remove it.
I loved the Tower 28 but I think the heimish smudge stop is great as well. I wear contacts and didn’t have any problems but I have oily skin so you might be on to something there.
@@shaveazapatajuan3994 tower 28 mascara gave me dream lashes!! No smudging!
I think all your reviews of the products were great! The flaws were universal regardless of skin color or type! Thanks ❤❤❤
Oh, my gosh! Totally agree about pat McGrath, I own 3 motherships, I do not even wear them!
also agree on the PMG palettes, at least from my limited experience (only limited because they cost so damn much, who has the cash to try a bad product multiple times for $125 a pop). I got the Bronze Seduction palette and the mattes were patchy and the "special shades" had massive fallout and were so scratchy they irritated my eyes each time. I never got a look out of it that I liked, and that is unacceptable for something that hyped and expensive
Thanks for doing these vlogmas videos. They are getting me through my mornings. It’s a tough time of year for me and you brighten my day. I bought the haus labs foundation and it’s just ok. I don’t understand the hype. So happy you mentioned that!
Ug, I didn't see the community tab....but the Smashbox Always On foundation was a HUGE disappointment for me, I expected a healthier glowy version of ELDW and it was nowhere near the quality of that.
I feel like Merit had a brilliant campaign for those single shadows, but that made me even more irritated when they were so terrible!!!😂
I just tried the Fat Oil and I loved it!! And the Merit shadow was a little too dry but it works great as a base.
Thank you Jen, I lost my one dad year ago and your Vlogmas got me through. I am so glad I never tried tower 28 mascara!! My big let down was Maybelline new falsie mascara. Just hate the NYX butter gloss. I do love the new eyeshadow formula.
I'm so sorry about your Dad! Hugs! ❤️
@@JenPhelps Thank you Jen..
I actually love the JP bronzer, it looks beautiful on my skin. I don’t deal with texture, and love a radiant cheek product.
Gosh I LOVE my Haus Labs foundation! I get so many compliments when I wear it! It looks flawless on my skin everyday! However; I don't think the concealer is nothing to talk about.
I love it too. Makeup is so subjective. What works for one may not work for another and visa versa. I find what works for me and this foundation is beautiful.
I agree about both the foundation and concealer.
I’m so glad that I did not buy the Tower 28 mascara. I saw another video a few months ago with some popular MUAs and they raved about it. I looked on the website but something held me back from buying it. 😅
Thank you for all your work on these videos! We all appreciate you.
It's actually really good. Everyone is different. Also this is a drug store heavy crowd
❤ Always great information and research. I threw away the Hyped Dior blush. Yes ma'am in the trash it went. Oddly enough, I found an exact dupe at the dollar store and it wore and lasted much longer,👍🤣🤗.
⁉️Would you update your Amazon store,🙏‼️ I would love to purchase some of your favorite products🤞🙏. Ty Jen.
Love the Vlog'mas❤, was stationed overseas❤️, so much holiday 🎄fun.
Those anti ND comments were mostly in relation to the colour story. The formulas in there are exceptional, especially if you have mature skin/textured lids like I do. The wet finish formula actually smooths the lines! It and the Yucca are the 2 best palettes of the year imho.
ND needs I Need a Nude dark edition
Exactly the formula is top notch
The 11:11 color pop one is such a good dupe for the ND palette, i actually think it’s better. Thank you Jen, loveee your videos!
Jen! You look lovely 🥰 I regret what I didn’t do! Life is so short- what you do and doesn’t work out should just be a learning experience. ♥️ I picked up a Marshmallow balm cream / Naturium - and so far it’s great for this weather!
Thanks for all your hard work Jen, I'm loving Vlogmas!
I tried the Milani tubing mascara and experienced all the messy "issues" many others had. I figured out the learning curve and had better results. For me and my make -up preferences, Thrive extensions tubing mascara is much better and worth the extra price. Thrive doesn't weigh down my lashes and has a much smoother application. I love your beauty channel!
I thought everyone loved the Tower28 mascara except me! For me, it was clumpy. BTW, I just love your vlogmas intro, especially your bird feeder!
I actually really love the Milani tubing mascara! It's become my go-to and I bought a backup when it went on sale.
I appreciate this type of video. Now I don't feel like I missed out on a certain products. And I almost feel like I saved money!
Hello Jen, thank you so much for being such an amazing person, very clear and honest. Hugs from Colombia ❤
Hi Jen. I am so happy to hear that I am not the only one who had issues with Hauslab foundation. Also, I find the best tubing mascara is the Hemish brand. My lashes are short and straight but this mascara lengthened and curled them all day. No transferred.
🌹🌹🌹Such a useful and necessary video for us all to watch! Thank you, Jen! 🤗 I just wanted to touch on the ND palette... The issue is, in my opinion, that the brand has to decide who their niche customer is and most of us here are probably makeup enthusiasts at the least (some are probably makeup addicts and low-key hoarders, 🤣 pointing at myself here). So for us, that palette is kind of "meh" but for someone who's just getting into makeup or just doesn't have a lot of makeup and wants one good nude, leaning rosy-beige palette, the I Need A Nude might have been a good option. Basically, I don't think they targeted "us" with that palette. I guess, every brand has to kind of toggle between innovation and "the good old" to stay afloat... Thank you, again, for this video, Jen... So relaxing and also, very interesting to hear different POVs on these products... Have a beautiful weekend... 🌹🌹🌹
❤👍☕️thank you Jen! As always I so appreciate the work you put in and your genuine care for your subscribers.
Yes!!! 🙌 I love this series and when you share videos like this!
I initially liked the Milani mascara but I’m hooked on the new elf one now.
Jen, you're so thoughtful and sweet. I know you're invested in providing objective reviews (meaning not swayed by sponsorship or product PR). You may have a different experience than any viewer with a product. I don't think very many of us hold you to that as a guarantee that we will have the exact same outcome. I liked the Milani mascara but it wasn't blowing me away. I think I recall you didn't love the CaliRay tubing mascara and I do! Would never think that's a personal knock on someone. Love ya! ❤️
Ooohhh this lip colour makes your skin glow brighter 💕
I love the Nyx Fat Oil! I skipped the I need a Nude by ND because of the reasons mentioned...mainly too common of shades for the price point. I do "collect" the midi palettes but only the ones Im drawn to. I ended up drciding to buy the Yucca instead and am VERY HAPPY with my decision
I actually love the Milani tubing mascara you recommended it was my first time hearing about tubing mascara which was a game changer for me no more black eyes. It is more on the wet side so i may try the tart one you mentioned or the elf one.
Hello Jen. I appreciate this type of video, because I watch review of your followers on TH-cam and Instagram. Also, I appreciate your opinion, because you are very helpful for me. Love from Greece ❤️🙂.
I also agree about PMG eyeshadows. I bought one of the small 5-pan palettes last Spring, thankfully on sale, but was quite underwhelmed. The shades were pretty in the pan but didn't translate well on the eyes. A bit muddy and too much fallout considering the price. 😐
Ty Jen for all yr videos & hardworking! I actually love the NXY Fat Oils! I bought four colors n I love them. My only disappointment is that after u eat or drink something they do tend to disappear but again that’s kinda normal w/a lip oil. I bought these on yr recommendation & I’m happy I did. I don’t usually buy lip oils but I also love the doe foot applicators & the extreme shine they give! TFS this video! ❤❤
Great work Jen Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy Successful Blessed New Year 🙏❤️🎄
I love the NYX Fat Oil. Even as it wears off, my lips still feel moisturized. Your skin looks beautiful with the Covergirl foundation. I am going to skip it because of the fragrance in it. When you put it on in yesterdays video I could see the cool tone would have been great for me. Bummer.
The footage at the beginning of you in your neighborhood is so nice 😊 where you live looks so homey/cozy/picturesque; I live in N. Texas, and it's just so not, lol 😅
Aw thank you! I love it although I sometimes wish I lived someplace warm (like Texas) this time of year!
@@JenPhelps true, that I do appreciate! 😄
I do the back of the hand for liquid blush but I mix in a drop of foundation to make it more natural. I'm pale so it helps.
Wow! Jen, you look especially beautiful today! ❤😊
Aw thank you Beverly! 🥰
I love the tower 28 mascara! I’ve never had it smudge; it lasts all day for me!
Love this video so helpful OH!!! And I have to share. We moved to South Korea late summer and it has been a huge adjustment. Fun but tough too. Just hearing the intro music to your vlogmas series sent me to such a sweet, warm safe place. I didn’t realize just how lovely and comforting it has been to watch the weather and the back of your son’s head (❤) and your decorations. I always love your content but this has been especially sweet for a military spouse flung far from home. Thank you❤
Aww thank you! I'm so glad it brings a little bit of comfort! 🥰❤️
I did a side by side comparison with Tower 28 mascara and Milani Anti Gravity mascara for several months. At first I loved the Tower 28 mascara, but it did smudge and it dried out 2 months before the Milani. I don’t understand Jessica Braun’s hype that made me buy it.
With the Merit solo shadows there is a learning curve. You need a specific brush on put on with finger.
I believe that for 2024, a new resolution could be considering the rising cost of everything. Before making a purchase, perhaps start by buying just one shade of the product you're interested in trying. This approach could significantly reduce waste. If you find the formula suitable after trying the product, then consider purchasing more shades. For instance, in your previous video, when showcasing the Covergirl lipsticks, opting to buy just one shade initially instead of multiple colors might be a prudent choice. This way, you can avoid realizing later that the formula isn't what you expected after purchasing several shades. It's common knowledge that if you don't like a product after trying it, you can't pass it on to someone else. It's essential to be mindful of overconsumption and its impact on waste. I don't believe subscribers would be disappointed to see only one color for an initial trial. It's simply a suggestion or something worth contemplating. Thank you, Jen.
I absolutely love the glowy, light runny texture of the Haus Labs foundation. I also loved how spot on my shade was due to the huge shadow selection. But what I noticed a lot with this foundation is it looks amazing upon application and truly feels like second skin, but as the day goes on the foundation breaks up and clings to dry patches. It’s really really rough. So for me, it’s a fail even tho I truly wanted to love it
I felt the same way!!
This product has alcohol (aka SD40 alcohol/isopropyl alcohol/alcohol denat.) in it. It's pretty far down the ingredients list, but possibly this ingredient is what causes the issues with wear over time.
Hi if you have a foundation you really love but dries you out as the day goes on (this is me with my super dry skin) then a game changer is either the Bobbi Brown vitamin face base or the Revolution dupe super base (the Revolution is fragrance free and I prefer it for my rosacea). I use it as a primer over my skincare and spf once they have settled in (around 15 mins). It has made a huge difference to how all my foundations wear all day. My face used to suck every vestige of moisture from my foundation and it inevitably got cakey as the day wore on despite many many layers of skincare and spf plus a hydrating primer. This as a primer is actually moisture rather than just hydration and works much better for my severe dryness. The Revolution dupe could be worth a try as it’s far less expensive than the BB. Hope that helps x
I love NYX fat oil. I love how shiny they are, they feel great, I love the color choices and they do hydrate my lips. I have several of them.
Haus Labs was one of my worst this year too! I have dry skin and it really looks bad on it unfortunately. Also so sad that a lot of people don't like the Mbm blush as it is my fav blush formula ever! I set it with Milani setting spray and it lasts me so I'm disappointed to hear it didn't work for everyone ❤ Can't wait to see what this next year of makeup brings for everyone
I have normal to oily skin and I think it makes me look old.
Thanks Jen!
Happy New Year!💕🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎈🎈
I really like the Milani tubing mascara.
Me too but we seem to be a minority. I have very sensitive eyes that have gone through several surgeries and this mascara comes off easily but I don’t like a heavy eyelash look.
Has worked well enough for me.
Love this video! If you love thicker lip glosses that smell great, are crazy shiny, last a while, and are so comfortable, I cannot recommend Lunar Beauty enough! I picked up one at Penney's 13 Lune section and have zero regrets! Biggest disappointment - Merit as a brand. overpriced nothingness.
i totally agree that I dislike the nyx lip oils as well! They definitely seem like an ordinary gloss to me, not an oil formula
I’m so happy to hear that I’m not the only one who didn’t like the ND I need a nude palette and The Haus lab foundation!!!
I don't know how anyone can not like that palette lol it's awesome
@@mb-kh2nb if your warm toned, the colors do not look the best.
The tower 28 mascara is actually my favorite mascara ever and I’m 51 and been using and trying both drug store and high end mascara’s since I was a teenager. But I understand that not everything works the same for everyone.
Me too!!
I love that milk mascara. I will use a coat of tubing mascara first, and then the milk mascara over it and wow! Love it! Makes my lashes look so long!
Thank you kindly Jen for all your positivity for all of us.Merry Christmas and All the best in the New Year too! ❤
Tower 28 mascara is my favorite! Mine isn’t dried out and never smudges on me. Also love that I can curl my lashes with it on and they don’t get stiff or clumpy.
I love it too! Never smudged on me and I use eye cream. I have long eyelashes so it worked great! I got mine in a Sephora set with several samples of mascara and the full size Tower 28 and it was an excellent value!
Me too no problems love it so much
I love the Haus Labs foundation. It does break down later in the day, but I don’t have a foundation that doesn’t. I don’t wear it in the summer or warm days though. I find it performs better (for me ) when it is cold or dry climate.
Hi Jen; love your makeup look today; very flattering with your.
Love the Jones Road miracle balms. I'm glad I ignored the influencers that just slathered it on their faces like the were spackling their house for a remodel.
The one thing I've learned from the internet is there is someone that will always hate a product.
Hi Jen, its funny because I bought some of the Oden’s Eye singles and I have not had any issues with them at all and I am 58 with oily eye lids they stay on the entire day and do not crease at all but I use eye primer and also glitter primer or spray my brush.
I FULLY agree with PMG, regret every product including the Mother palettes - so heavy and impractical.
I agree with the comments on the Milani mascara. It sucked, but the Lottie London does too. I have been able to salvage crappy tubing mascaras by using a primer first then just one coat of the mascara.
It's a shame about the Oden's Eye Jewel Shine singles. I bought 12 for a friend of mine and I noticed she hasn't used them at all this year. I only bought one, the red Leon shade. For as pricey as those were, it's such a bummer they were not good.
How is that red shade Leon anyway? That is the only one I was considering because I haven’t seen a red glittery shimmer like that anywhere else. They say it’s a multi chrome, but it just looks red to me.
@Charlotte-Willow I think it is okay. I wouldn't get it unless you are ordering more from the brand. It has a very dark base and I don't see it as a multi-chrome. I got it because I wanted a deep red shimmer as well. ❤️
I like the Milani mascara, and use it daily, HOWEVER, it’s a lower lash only mascara for me. It works great at not smudging or flaking and gives just enough length and definition on my lower lashes.
If I were to purchase a PmL Pallet it would be for the multichromes. I think I’ll skip those and go straight for Clionadh or Lethal Cosmetics and get a whole pallet of multi chrome yumminess for a god-aweful price. Love your sweater.
She doesn’t even put in the special shades anymore. Personally I think she needs to go back to the drawing board and start tweaking. Starting with shade sections.
Totally agree about the awfulness of the haus labs foundation esp when it comes to textured, large pored skin. Ended up giving mine away...
I was made to feel like a freak for so doing, I might add. The online hype for this foundation has never been so undeserved and unexplained, IMO
@@dandoonyboonobviously everyone has different experiences lol
I am a ride or die for Caliray Come Hell Or High Water mascara, but it is the only tubing formula I have tried. I would like to try the ELF one. Also, the Smashbox Always On is nice.
I loved the Tower 28 mascara! My tube never dried out and I only tossed it when it hit the 6 month mark for safety reasons.
I'm so sad about the Tower 28 mascara. I love mine, and it's my holy grail. I didn't have any of the issues mentioned, and it's the best I've ever used.
Me too!!
Oh! You showed my ugh. This is so interesting, I used Haus Labs foundation today. I agree with so many of these and some no but I can see why.
I actually love the cream bronze by Juvias place. I did not see glitter wow. I THREW away lol the elf wands were so band..
Jen are you going to do the best drugstore products of this year and the worst of this year also high end version?
I've been doing the best and worst products by category this year and I've done eyeshadow palettes and complexion products so far (with drugstore and high end mixed into one video) . I still have to do cheeks and lips.
@@JenPhelps ok you are about to do my favorite lips and cheeks. Thats what looking forward to. Thank you for what you do. Your reviews and recommendations are one of the best.
Now I know I'm not crazy! LOL! I agreed with so many of these. I kept trying the Tower 28 mascara over and over because I thought I must have been doing something wrong. The Haus Labs foundation was another one I hated. However, I really love the Natasha Deanna I Need a Nude palette, I think It's gorgeous and those shades look great on my fair skin
I love Haus labs foundations ❤❤❤I'm a young 56 and it works for me
I mix elf halo glow with haus labs foundation because it was too dark and I set with huda beauty loose powder and it looks really good
Mine would have to be the L'Oreal infallible blushes. They were way too pigmented. Also the Elf Halo Glow Beauty Wands were a huge fail for me.
Not many people talked about it, but the UD quickie concealer was a huge disappointment. It creased so bad and started to smell funky after a few weeks
The Juvia’s Place liquid blush took some time for me to perfect, but the lasting power is wonderful for my skin. I will never pan this blush as only a tiny bit is needed.
I love the Milani tubing mascara 🤷♀️
I tried the sample trio of the Haus Labs Foundation in the last couple of months. I found the right shade but it didn’t make me drawn to buy the big bottle. I have some very nice foundations and definitely don’t need a new one but after seeing your video on the new Cover Girl newest foundation with the color beads, I think I’ll try that one.
The haus labs foundation on my dry old face is AMAZING!! It last allllll day for me. WOW I’m shocked
tower 28 mascara was nice when it finally got on, but it was so dry from the moment I got it that It took at least 20 coats to actually show up. No one has time for that, especially not for $20 or however much it costs
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Thanks for the advice on the Juvia's Place blushes....I have a couple and wasnt sure about best way to apply due to their high pigmentation.😊
